部屋のWi-Fi環境がとても悪かった。 コンセントがなく、何かに繋がれているコードを抜かなければならなかった。 フロントのスタッフ対応は良かったが、フロント不在時に代行してくれたウェートレスへの連絡が伝わってなく、危うく二重支払いするところだった。 でも立地はとても良い所にあります！

フェリー乗り場から徒歩圏内だったので、島に渡るには便利。旧市街も近くです。夏で暑かったですご、エアコンもあって快適でした。部屋は狭くて何もないけど、身軽な1人旅だったので、特に不便はありませんでした。他の方もレビューしてますが、朝食のオムレツが美味しかったです。一階がレストランで、そこのオープンテラス（海側）で朝食なんですが、風がとっても気持ち良かったです。 一点マイナスなのは、エレベーターが臭いこと。朝は大丈夫なんですが、夜はなぜか？？？でした。

ホテルとレストランが一緒になっているので、一瞬ここでいいのか悩みます。 場所は、バスターミナルから５～８分程度で観光にはとっても便利な場所でした。２泊したのですが、朝食がどこで食べたらいいのか、聞いてもよくわからず食べませんでした。もちろん、自分があまり言葉ができないのもあるのですが、レストランの従業員なのかホテルの従業員なのかわからず声を掛けたら、まあまあ冷たい対応でした。。。 ２泊目は、ちょっと粘って聞いたら普通にレストランの一角が朝食スペースになってると教えてくれて、朝食を頂きました。ビュッフェ形式じゃないので、非常にわかりずらかったです。チェックインの時に説明も無かったし。 まあ、便利な場所ですので、そのほかは良かったです。

長距離バスターミナルから近く、旧市街の外にあるため、キャリーケースでも移動しやすい 朝食が美味しかった

フェリーターミナルにもバスターミナルにも数分で行くことができ、旧市街もすぐ近くのため非常に便利でした。朝食をオープンカフェで取ることができ、開放感があり景色もキレイで大満足です。 フロントがレストランの中にあるため、夜の繁忙時間帯に鍵を受け取るのにはスタッフが足りず、時間がかかりました。

朝食の種類が4～5パターンありリクエストに応えてくれる。

This is a perfectly located hotel on the Riva in Split. We had good breakfasts at the outdoor part of their restaurant. Unfortunately, there were bedbugs in our room but the hotel immediately changed rooms for us and there was no problem in that room. This is a difficult problem both in a hotel and a home and we appreciate their quick response.

Near the Dominic Church, Fruit Square and only an hour walk to the terrace which I could see panoramic view of Split.

The staff was excellent. They gave us a free bottle of wine when we arrived in our room. The breakfast was à la carte in the morning and it was excellent. It was served warm and quickly, and the service was excellent. The only reason I’m not giving it a five is because The carpet in the room was old and we didn’t like the carpet and there was no dark curtain on the window so it wasn’t dark enough all night. Also the air conditioner ran a little bit loud. And the room was so small. There wasn’t room for two suitcases anywhere. But it is an old hotel but still they could freshen it up a little and put a new curtain up.

The staff actually ignored us to the point that we had to step in front of them to get their attention when trying to check in.

The location of this hotel makes it a perfect venue for a couple of nights in Split. Close to all of the larger and more boutique shops and restaurants. The hotel itself has some drawbacks. They provide two wifi options but neither worked on our laptops or phones. The carpet looks like it hadn't been properly cleaned in some time. The air conditioning system would turn on and off frequently but did not maintain a steady temperature in the room. And it was loud.

Very good place to stay

I paid for breakfast when booking. The had advised me that they had accepted my booking. Booked in OK at 8pm. Came down for breakfast on the first morning to then be told that the hotel would NOT supply a breakfast as per the booking, and I would have to pay for it. They also advised that I not the first to denied the breakfast which had been nooked and paid for. SCAM

Rooms are dingy and very outdated, felt dirty just sleeping in this place. Excellent location and view but this hotel needs a serious update.

Great location

The Adriana hotel was pretty poor and dated. The room was awful - overlooked a disgusting concrete type area which had grimey old rags, years of dirt and rubbish. The room was v noisy with the ancient air conditioning / generator outside the window. The so called double bed was two 20 year single beds not even joined together, each with single sheets and duvet. Ridiculous. There are so many nicer places in Split, we regret choosing the over priced, grimey Adriana.

Friendly reception staff. Comfortable clean room with good air conditioning Staff in restaurant area very helpful I can recommend the Adria Central location
