ソナロサのエリアに位置するホテルで観光の拠点として良。小さい冷蔵庫も備え付けのSuiteタイプの部屋を利用しましたが、夜も静かで快適な滞在でした。ただ、利用する部屋の方角によっては環境が異なるかもしれません。メキシコシティ滞在の機会があればおすすめのホテルです。

El hotel muy lindo y limpio, el desayuno también muy bien, lo único malo es el baño que tiene una forma muy reducida y que no tiene extractor, y al hacer desayuno. Baño todo el olor se queda en la habitación

Todo bien en el hotel limpieza, desayuno, personal , tiendas, restaurantes, el metro, metrobus cerca.

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome. The staff attended to us very quickly. We asked for directions to the different attractions in the area. The location is fantastic. It's half a block from the metro. We found a very clean room and what we liked most was finding the water bottle that you can refill and so we can also have coffee 24 hours a day or tea, whatever we like, so that's important because we haven't had that in other hotels.

El personal es tan amable, todos son muy respetuosos y amables, te resuelven todas las dudas con amabilidad. Y tienen muy buen control para su seguridad y la de los huéspedes. La habitación fue comoda y bastante espaciosa apesar de que fuimos cuatro personas, y si solo buscas llegar a dormir, es muy cómoda. Para bañarse tenian agua caliente y eso era increíble por el frío que hacía en cdmx. El desayuno fue variado y delicioso, el servicio es excelente

La habitación olía a desechos de perro el olor era fuerte, pedimos cambio de habitación no tuvimos problema con eso. Después del cambio todo excelente

No pude acceder por el triunfo de México y perdí la noche, nunca me respondieron del hotel aunque de hoteles.com también trataron de comunicarse para que devolvieran el dinero pero nada
