総合評価とレビュー Hotel Portobelo Plaza las Ámericas

まだ改装途中の階での宿泊であり、エアコンの操作パネルの不良か何かで設定温度が19℃から変える事が出来ず、送風以外ではとても寒い状態での宿泊でした。スタッフに伝えるものの詳しい人が居ないとの事でその後もそのままで、それが気になった点です。

Hotel é Maravilhoso, Atendimento do pessoal da recepção é é excelente , os quartos novos , cama confortável, tem ÁGUA QUENTE no chuveiro, limpeza impecável , ótima localização pertinho de tudo , rua principal, piscina bem grande e moderna… Com Certeza quando voltar a San Andres me hospedarei no Portobelo novamente.

A acomodação na suíte no final do corredor foi boa: quarto amplo, cama confortável, bom ar-condicionado. O hotel costumava estar sempre muito cheio. Fazia longas filas no café da manhã.

Hotel was clean and the breakfast was acceptable. Some of the staff comes off as a bit bothered and inconvenienced when approached but overall it was a nice stay.

I liked location. I dis not like communication, like no one answer when marked from room to front desk. I had to ask every day for fresh clean towels. Sink was plugged at arrivel but fixed upon request. Every time you get out of the room with the key, the power shuts down including the air conditioning so when you come back from outside you find a warm room, I guess is good in an eco friendly way.

Great service from all staff! Close proximity to restaurant and 8 minutes walk to beach!

STAY AWAY FROM PORTOBELLO HOTELES Aircondition dident work, the rooms where small, and very unplesant We got moved to portobello beach/conferencias We acepted and paid a deadent amout to change and for bigger rooms, and we should have the rooms ready right away Rooms where ready, But we needed to wait for and extra 5 hours The resepsjonist where really unfriendly, rooms where not cleaned. Every time we told our complains they dident take anything seriosly

No respetaron el costo de la reserva, me hicieron un cargo extraordinario 1,480 pesos mexicanos, sin ninguna explicación.

Only a 4 min walk to the beach. Nice modern hotel, quiet as the rooms are away from the road. Nice pool in the courtyard. Breakfast very portion controlled but OK.

El hotel en términos generales es bueno pero una falla terrible es que las habitaciones NO tienen ventanas ni balcones, la ropa hay q ir secarla en la habitación comiendo mal olor porque no hay suficiente ventilación. El hotel está bien pero esa falla es muy compleja en un clima cálido.

Great hotel, people really nice and helpful

No Warm or hot water in the sink, hot water took about 5-7 minutes to get warm. Bathroom could use more shelves to put shower essentials. Breakfast could start at 0700. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
