Very clean, big rooms, amazing breakfast.

Everything is fantastic!

The room was very cold when got in but it warmed up quick. Everything was clean. The office chair needs to be changed, it was so bad I couldn’t use it at all and I had to do some work at the desk which force me to stand.

Breakfast was adequate, staff friendly. The hotel is clean but starting to show its age. The window in our room felt a little drafty.

Great hotel, nice and clean , breakfast was good . Our room was lovely but the bed was way too soft. Softest bed we have ever had in a hotel. Not sure if this is the norm here, but our only Negative

This hotel is in a great location and their free breakfast isn’t just a continental breakfast. It’s a proper breakfast with bacon, eggs, etc. the specific items do change rooms are a great size

This is a good hotel and in a great location for west edmonton mall and many other surrounding activities. It's not really worth the price they are charging though so I'm glad I was using a free night to book it.

Rooms are modern and spacious. Staff was friendly. Homefire pub nearby has amazing bison burgers!
