The parking was great specially in the area because there was traffic, but getting into the hotel was great.

La habitación bien personal excelente atención y si resuelve.

Al llegar me comentan que hubo un error en la página y la habitacion que reserve no esta disponible (2 camas). Al reservar marcaba que incluia desayuno continental y cuando solicitamos el servicio previo al check out nos dicen que no existe ese servicio, y fue una de las razones que reservamos ahi.

Rooms were clean as well as the overall property, parking was easy and secure. Rooms don’t have closet hangers or shower mats but were provided upon request. 1st room had a broken door locking latch and 2nd room had a bathroom door handle that was very loose that needs attention. Expedia’s check-in info is a little confusing but staff at the hotel are always available to attend in person a reception. Front street traffic is a bit noisy but that’s Mexico City’s traffic for you. Breakfast choices were delicious and staff was very courteous and attentive.

La habitación no tenía agua caliente para bañarse, aunque la recepción dice que si o que les avises, el desayuno te dicen que se sirve a partir de las 7:30 am y son las 8:00 apenas está listo de modo que si necesitas salir temprano ya no desayunaste, no hay variedad y solo tienes derecho a una taza de café, y el costo es caro, como si fuera hotel de cadena y nada que ver, la gente amable excepto la persona de recepción, una mala elección.

Check in room 102 first floor, we saw a cockroaches my husband killed couple of them, and then we move a small couch. There were a lot of them in back of them then I undo the bed and there was one in the bed right away. Went downstairs to notify the front desk. The man answer I am gonna move you to another room there was a housekeeper in back of him and she just started laughing. In the room, there was only two towels, not even a washcloth.

Tienen como regla prohibido fumar pero el cuarto que nos tocó olía mucho a cigarro. Es un lugar ideal para descanso de un día o una visita rápida

La habitación olía muy mal, entre humedad y olor a baño. Incómodo el olor todo el tiempo.
