The room is clean and the breakfast is so nice.

Staff are friendly and the hotel is located on a very convenient place where you can shop and move around easily.

Room was clean, service was good. Hotel is at the center of city and all amenities are around it. Breakfast was good too.

It was a hotel of average standards.I preferred walking. So I have no idea about its relation to public transportation.

Otelin konumu çok merkezi, havalimanı otobüsleri otelin önünde durup kalkıyor. Metroya, şehir merkezine yakın. Kahvaltı güzel ve lezzetli. Personel kibar. Odalar temiz ve eski değil.

A superb location with the comfortable airport bus right outside the door, and the downtown core within easy walking distance. The staff were friendly, room was huge and well soundproofed. The bed was comfortable and WiFi reliably fast. The breakfast was surprisingly good (excellent buffet selection). Great value for money for a really good night's sleep!

We stayed for 4 nights at Parkside Hotel in Baku. The front desk people & housekeeping were welcoming, friendly and eager to help. Breakfast consisted of a big spread of western and eastern food choices. The hotel is close to a metro station. It's within walking distance to small stores but not to restaurants. The room we chose was huge and had 2 tv sets, and a kitchenette with a tiny refrigerator, microwave, electric carafe, stove & china. I liked their kitchenette as it allowed us to make our own coffee and tea anytime. It also had elevators. The tour we were in chose this hotel for us.

Hotel rooms were good with small kitchenette especially the family room. Good view. Clean. Multiple TVs and seating area. Good bathrooms. Earlier room cleaning by noon would be better. Gym equipment need an upgrade. Hotel was kind to make an evening social for guests with snacks and drinks. No strong hotel policy on guests making excessive noise / music all night. No standard services like bell boy to help with luggage outside normal working hours!

Amazing experience at the heart of the city. The only complaint was that the air conditioning was turned off.

The service from the reception guys are awesome, but the service from the cleaning ladies is not that good. The hotel is near Nizami 28 mall and near a shopping center. Very good breakfast.

Great hotel in great area! The only two negetive things are the gym (old stuff and half broken) and the cleaning hours (about 4 p.m - when u come back to the hotel and want to rest)

the suits of hotel should have different rooms according to world standard suits ..this issue of this hotel do not have all room are do not have privacy and the prices is very high for this suit rooms.

Good room and aminties. No much attraction places neraby except mall 28..no Beakfast was not bad but needs more stuff tobe added... i think it is good for short visit .

تم تغيير نوعية الغرفة اللتي حجزتها بسبب ان كل الغرف محجوزه ولا يوجد شاغر وايضا أخبروني بأنهم سوف يحضرون لي سيارة خاصة لنقلي للمطار وحين كان موعد ذهابي للمطار أخبروني انه لا يوجد سيارة وانتي يجب أن أذهب مع تاكسي من الشارع
