便利なホテルです。花蓮バスターミナルからバスに乗ってホテルまで行くことができますが、少し歩く必要があります。ホテルは非常に清潔で、3つ星の品質で、ここに泊まる価値があります。

Staff can speak English very well. They are really friendly but hotel is too far from the station.

The place if affordable if you are planning to save while traveling plus It's located in the city center. Awesome park in the coastal area is nearby. The night market is also few blocks away from the place. Staffs were accommodating and friendly with 24 hr front desk

It was really a pleasant stay. The room was comfy and clean. At the lobby, they even provide you with some coffee, tea and snacks. You can even store your luggage there for a while even after you check out. The staff also was really helpful.

Front desk staff service was bad, I was on the phone when we arrived at the hotel front door, my family waited in the lobby and seated, after 5 mins my family got questioned why are they there and if they’re actually guests of the hotel. Immediately I felt disrespected, I was forced to check in with one hand and another holding my phone continuing the business call. While doing so, all we saw was unhappy faces processing our check in procedures. I don’t ask for much as this is not 5 stars hotel, but at least show some empathy to the elderly and work ethics.
