スタッフが親切

2泊しましたが、ホスピタリティ溢れる完璧なサービスでした。ホテルで晩ごはんもいただきましたが、とても美味しく、量もたっぷりで食べきれませんでした。建物もとても可愛く、素敵な時間を過ごせました。空港に行く際には朝食とは別でご飯を持たせてくれました。モロッコで色んな宿に止まりましたが、間違いなくナンバー1の宿でした。

12/2～4と2泊しました。 マラケシュではそこそこ値段とはいえ、そんなに期待をしないで行きましたが、オーナー、スタッフ含めサービス、ホスピタリティが最高でした。 到着の翌日はアイトベンバッドゥに行くため早かったのですが、集合場所がわからない私たちのために現地ツアー会社に連絡してくれたり、集合場所に連れてってくれたりと、とにかく初心者には地理のわかりずらいマラケシュで旅行がしやすいように気を使ってもらいました。 またフェズまでのバスのチケットを代わりに手配してもらったりと本当に助かりました。 部屋もきれいで快適ですし、朝食も本当においしかったです。 普段はこういうったサイトに書き込みはしないのですが、本当に感動したため、今回投稿しました。 マラケシュに行く際はとてもおすすめです。

Property is absolutely gorgeous and pristine, the staff are friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast is delicious and plentiful! Would absolutely recommend this Riad to any of my friends or family.

This is hands down one of our very best accommodations! The staff were all exceptionally nice and helpful; they went out of their way to make our stay special. And the Riad itself is very clean and has a wonderful, cozy vibe. We loved our room; it was a dream. We definitely want to come back and stay here again!

Riad situé idéalement pour visiter tous les points touristiques facilement à pied. Dans une ruelle au calme, le bâtiment est absolument charmant, avec sa cour intérieure et son jardin apaisant. Notre chambre, très bien décorée et d'une propreté top a bénéficié d'un coin terrasse privatif, absolument idéal pour nous reposer après une journée de marche autour d'un thé à la menthe. Le personnel du riad est absolument fantastique, aimable, gentil, charmant, drôle. Un vrai plaisir de partager avec eux. On a eu un pincement au cœur de les quitter. Merci à tous pour votre accueil. Donc, on recommande +++++++++

I’ve been fortunate enough to stay at some of the best hotels around the world and I can honestly say that none of them are more charming and welcoming than Riad Kaiss. The perfect location, gorgeous antique fixtures and fittings, the best staff, a pool and a rooftop to watch the sunset over the medina, literally what more could you want. I hope this will not be my last stay.

Staff went above and beyond. Property is perfect and authentic. So beautiful and an oasis in a really hectic city. Feels like a movie!

Rummet var jättefint. Stort och med en väldigt bra terrass. Bra städning. Det bästa med Riad Kaiss var deras utmärkta personal. Vi kände oss så välkomna där.

What a gem this Riad is! One of the most amazing places my husband and I have ever stayed at on vacation. Very traditional Moroccan flair. From the minute we walked into the Riad to the moment we left the staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. They really put thought into personalizing the guests stay from providing us a tour of the grounds to enjoying traditional Moroccan tea upon our arrival to providing a send away gift of toiletries and food for our trip home. On our last night we were given a dinner recommendation Le Tanjia -oh it couldn't have been more perfect. Breakfast was delicious - the only comment I'd make is the hotel should provide a menu and ask what we'd like - instead they just bring out the same dishes for everyone (except the eggs) and several times we didn't eat some of the items or it was too much food and so it was throwout and I don't like to waste food. Coffee and Moroccan mint tea was available all the time and was such a treat for breakfast or to end the night. Definitely get a massage - worth it! The Riad is within walking distance to taxi cabs, jemaa el-fnaa, the souks, 15 minutes away from the airport. It is safe to walk around the area.

Really enjoyable stay. Staff super attentive and accommodating. Location is great and walking distance to all the sites. Would definitely come back.

We loved our stay at Riad Kiass. The staff were fabulous. Each evening they brought us a hot water bottle and green tea was available whenever we called for it. It was my wife’s 50th birthday, and they surprised us with a knock at the door before all coming in to sing “Happy Birthday” in Arabic—which felt like it had about twenty different verses—along with a small cake.
