スタッフが親切

2泊しましたが、ホスピタリティ溢れる完璧なサービスでした。ホテルで晩ごはんもいただきましたが、とても美味しく、量もたっぷりで食べきれませんでした。建物もとても可愛く、素敵な時間を過ごせました。空港に行く際には朝食とは別でご飯を持たせてくれました。モロッコで色んな宿に止まりましたが、間違いなくナンバー1の宿でした。

12/2～4と2泊しました。 マラケシュではそこそこ値段とはいえ、そんなに期待をしないで行きましたが、オーナー、スタッフ含めサービス、ホスピタリティが最高でした。 到着の翌日はアイトベンバッドゥに行くため早かったのですが、集合場所がわからない私たちのために現地ツアー会社に連絡してくれたり、集合場所に連れてってくれたりと、とにかく初心者には地理のわかりずらいマラケシュで旅行がしやすいように気を使ってもらいました。 またフェズまでのバスのチケットを代わりに手配してもらったりと本当に助かりました。 部屋もきれいで快適ですし、朝食も本当においしかったです。 普段はこういうったサイトに書き込みはしないのですが、本当に感動したため、今回投稿しました。 マラケシュに行く際はとてもおすすめです。

This was one of my best trips ever!!! I got there tired and hot and the staff there treated me like a King. They couldn't have done more to welcome me, with the reception, the food, the cleanliness and space etc. Hassan gave me the tour and was super friendly and helpful and pointed out everything. Would give this place 10 stars if I could.

Friendly staff, clean room, good location for walking around the Medina.

This is the best stay of all our trips of 5 hotel in Spain and Portugal. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. we loved the pillow, not too soft. Just right for me. Location is perfect. right in Medina and short walking to Bahia Palace.

Hotel staff were super friendly

Stayed for 3 nights when arriving in Marrakech. The pick up from the airport was smooth and they ensured we arrived at the Riad without any drama. Easily worth the €20. The staff were incredibly friendly and always helpful. They genuinely care about their guests experience. They even offered assistance if you wanted help negotiating (if wanted) in the souks & shops via WhatsApp. Breakfast was made fresh every morning and delicious. The location was convenient to the hustle of town, easy walking distance but just removed enough you couldn’t hear the noise of the Medina. If you are considering Riad Kaiss, stop your search and just book.

Gorgeous rooms, common areas, terrace. Top tier customer service. Will readily fix things that are not correct and provide free perks in compensation. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the Medina.

La gente era muy amable, pero el lugar no tenía casi luz, tenía varios insectos y las ventanas no sellaban. Los colchones no eran cómodos. Muy hospitalario el personal y atento.
