女性ひとり多数日間の滞在なのに道路側の下から見えそうな1階の部屋とはありえない。宿泊料金の割にはアメニティが貧相で歯ブラシが無い。最初の日にはトイレットペーパーの予備もなかった。昨今はエコを売りにしてサービスも最小限になってきたとはいえ、この値段でこのホスピタリティ？場所だけはとてもいいです。川に近く駅にも近い。しかし、線路の音はかなりします。あ、これも道路沿いだったからですかね。

The positives-,good situation( we were visiting for an event at Hampton Court Oalace) Air conditioned rooms- heatwave in London The negatives- room facilities were poor- no in room fridge Only one pillow each on the bed with no extras in the wardrobe Toiletries in the bathroom were empty including shower gel - despite asking that they be refilled during the day, they remained empty. Quite poor

Very helpful staff at reception. Restaurant staff even stayed open for a few extra minutes while we self served our breakfast as we were late arriving.

Hotel was in a good spot for trains and buses walking distance for every you need ,pubs restaurant shops ,we had a lovely walk along the river Thames

Great location and very convenient.

Very noisy room. There was a private party on the 1st floor right next to my room. Noise level was very high all night long. Did not get a good nights sleep. I would not stay here again.

Lovely big bedroom

The hotel is clean and fresh. Decor is beautiful and staff are very accommodating! The room was perfect!

入住時，發現厠紙給水浸過，通知服務台，但不是全部受影響的厠紙換咗，只是將受影響的部份撕去；浴屏的接駁處穿了一個小洞，所以每次沐浴，全地都是水，容易產生危險，房號是405。

Large nice room with plenty of light. Excellent sleep as well sound proofed
