グーグルマップで示された場所（近隣公園内となっていた）とホテルの位置がかなり違っていて探すのが大変だった。

I stayed 5 nights at Hyatt Regency Xian and overall great experience. There was a cricket inside of my room and I have heard it stridulated early morning (4-5am) 2 days in a row that disturbed my sleep so asked a hotel staff to change room. After I moved to another room, I could enjoy quiet stay. Area near the hotel is nice to look around parks by the lake.

Good service and food Recommend club room New hotel was very comfortable:) 新しい街並みに建っており、再開発の地域です。西安の街が大きく、すべての移動がタクシーになった。それ以外は申し分なく、別世界にいるような感覚にとらわれた。 目の前にショッピングセンターもあった。

central air conditioning in autum is a tad bit stuffy - needed a fan for better ventilation. breakfast did not live up to expectation.

Friendly and attentive service. Beautifully styled and large rooms. Very happy to have stayed for a few days.

Opulent hotel lobby and lobby area, very helpful staff. Long walk to my room. My only comment was how dark the bathroom lighting is especially around the sink area. But the manager brought a portable light, which was very nice of him. Excellent hotel. With a shopping mall across the street, with many restaurants.

Attended a conference and stayed 4 nights. I had a wonderful stay, with staff making me feel so welcome.

가족여행으로 3박 머물렀습니다. 호텔 바로 앞에 쇼핑몰이 있어서 식사하고 간단한 간식거리 구매하는데 아주 편리했습니다. 호텔 일반 직원들은 5성급 호텔에 비해 영어 소통이 원활하지는 않았지만 Duty Manager분들은 영어를 잘 하셔서 크게 불편함은 없었습니다. 일단, 방은 상당히 크고 쾌적했으며 직원들 친절도는 최상이였습니다. 특히 조식과 저녁 뷔페 식당의 직원들은 정말 친절하고 음식도 아주 좋았습니다. 저녁뷔페는 뷔페 식당임에도 불구하고 단품 메뉴로 랍스터와 연어를 주어서 깜짝 놀랐습니다. 크리스마스 시즌이여서 특별히 제공하는 메뉴였는지는 잘 모르겠지만요. 처음에는 잘못 주시는 줄 알고 거절했는데 뷔페에 포함이라고 하시더라구요. 다음에 시안에 다시 가게 되면 또 다시 방문하고 싶은 개인적으로는 만족도 최상의 호텔이였습니다.

窗外就是曲江公园，环境很舒服

The check in was slow because the front desk could not find my booking. They failed to provide useful information about local dinning in the neighborhood and recommendation on tourist attraction. Their insufficient service does not match a luxury hotel like theirs.
