この宿泊施設はとても清潔で、部屋は快適です。ヨンカーまで歩くには少し遠いですが、朝食はとてもおいしいです。

Good service staff. Bathtub water was not hot. Facilities are good, but the swimming pool was very very dirty (you can see the dirt and particles in the water). Other than that, overall decent experience.

Hospitality and staff were great. But the hotel condition e. G the toilet was not in best condition for a 5-star hotel. Took the room during fasting month. The spread was not so many during sahur and some of the food was not ready for us I. E. The american breakfast section wasn't ready. Sahur time is between 4.30 till imsak.

Small swimming pool … only 45 minutes given per day & it was always occupied … parking dark & scary … request to upgrade from junior suite to one bedroom was denied … lift always full especially during breakfast … breakfast is a war zone but the staff & chef at the restaurant were friendly.

Overall is good, varied breakfast, polite staffs but just lack of facilities for a 5 star rated hotel.

Location: 8/10. (Transport needed if you are visiting to honker street/water front) Check in Experience: 8/10. (Receptionist was friendly, their signature biscuit was delicious) Room condition: 3/10. (Bad smell upon open the hotel room, we booked two rooms, and both smell weird “It smells like the carpet/toilet not maintained well”, toilet was clean. Bed & pillow: 1/10. (The pillow is even worse as it smells like it hasn't been wash/dry properly”) However, I'd requested hotel to change the pillow for me and it was all fine) Check out: 10/10. (Check out was smooth as they provide express check out and you can just drop your room card into the designated box). Overall experience: It ' s quite disappointed especially to the room & bed condition as DoubleTree standard should be better but I understand that maybe the sudden lifted MCO has caused the shortage of staff.
