シントラの中心にあり駅へは徒歩15分かからないしレガレイラ宮殿へも徒歩10分ほどで行ける とても親切なスタッフ。建物は古いが、掃除が行き届いていてとても快適。また泊まりたい

The room was lo-ceilinged but I was quite comfortable to stay there. The bath room was small but it was not big a problem. Most of the places where I wanted to go were near the accommodation, so it was really convenient to me.

私は鉄道駅から歩いて行きました。15分位です。 スーツケースの大きい方は大変かも。 シントラ宮殿からすぐですが急な坂を下ります。 チェックインの時、貴方はラッキーと言われましたが、凄く広いお部屋で一人ではもったいなかったです。 シントラ宮殿のすぐそばなので、レガレイラ宮殿にも歩いて行けました。 私は2泊しましたが、皆さんどうしてリスボンから日帰りなのか不思議。 とてもいい環境の所、宮殿巡りなしでも楽しめます。

Goold location with one minute walk to the old town center.. Spacious room with bed (2 semi-double) and sofa, a separated kitchen and bathroom. Semi-breackfast service inckuded with flesh bread, butter, jam, cheese. Luandry and ironing equipments available! Staff people very kind, providing us lots of advice and recommendation for food and visiting places, helping us to book a taxi to a nearby area. In total, it was a really great experience!

We were not able to get the access code because of the power outage in Portugal and we were unable to enter in the room. The hotel staff was unable to solve the issue as well.

The location was perfect for walking distance to everything we were looking for. Parking and driving was a bit challenging but worth it.

The town is very old with narrow streets and is restricted to residents or people renting there. You are given a code to allow your car in, but for some reason, you can use it only once. We missed a turn causing us to leave the restricted area, then couldn't get back in. We had to call for help. They also require you to use WhatsApp which we weren't used to. On the last day we were to check out, we left the apartment to check on something and their code box locked us out. They had set our departure time for 1 AM instead of 11 AM. So, we had to call again to get back into the apartment. It was 9 AM and no one answered the phone. They need to come up with a better system.

We had a beautiful, spacious room with a little kitchen and a wonderful view that we really enjoyed. Communications were perfect and the baggage storage for early arrival was greatly appreciated.

Bel appartement et très lumineux, belle vue à partir de l’appartement 6. Pas de service à la chambre pour notre 2e nuit, donc pas de café 😕

Unusual but superb place to stay - just slightly off the beaten track - but extremely close to the tourist Mecca that is the Historic center of Sintra. We had a minor glitch on the automatic check-in (accessing the needed codes) - but a phone call to the provided number saw it resolved very quickly and efficiently. We were very impressed.

The location is very good. It’s close to Vila Sassetti, from where you could walk up to Pena Palace and Moorish Castle. Fabrica da Nata has best tarts I have ever had in Portugal. The casa/hotel is equipped with all essential items. Check-in is automatous and was very easy for me. Would definitely stay again!

If you find this hotel without any difficulty, it could be the best option to stay in Sintra. Very clean, cozy and comfortable. Communication with staff was only by email and

Nice big room, good firm bed, very quiet

The property is clean, and nicely finished. The location is central, and you can walk to a variety of restaurants, and shops, as well as many of the sites. The downfall lies in the immediate communication with the staff on hand. Having to ask for check in information on the morning of, as well as the facilities not supplying sufficient cleaning agents for the washing ammenities was a big problem ( and not communicating until the next day was unacceptable). Washing my underwear and socks in the sink with hand soap, and then blow drying them for 1/2 hour isnt my idea of a good time. Otherwise, the facility was nice over all.

Comfortable accommodations in an amazing city. We had a mid-sized car with us, and as promised, that made it very difficult to find parking. More railings on the stairs would be helpful.

Great beds! Lockers for the guests. Very quiet. Tea and coffee were provided. A nice touch was a glass of Port offered in the lobby!

We liked that it was in the heart of old Sintra, close to palaces and old architecture.

Good large room close to all amenities that interested me.

The apartment was easy to find and check in was easy. Nice to be able to put our luggage in lockers before checking in time. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Bed was really comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Coffee machine in reception a nice welcome touch. Would book again. Sintra is beautiful and right on the doorstep.
