Las habitaciones y personal bien,excepto las condiciones del la fachada del frente del hotel deterrioradas,deberian darle un poco de cariño ya que no es como lo muestran en las imagenes

Väldigt bra rum och område att bo i. Lite svårt att hitta till hotellet, en liten skylt vid dörren hade underlättat.

Ligger godt, men det er ikke et hotel mere en værelse hvor der mangler skabe og ingen steder at sidde.

I stayed one night at Bairro Alto Suites and was truly impressed. The location is unbeatable—right in the center of everything—and the rooms are clean, stylish, and very comfortable. But what really made my stay memorable was the outstanding service. Ricardo at the front desk and his team went above and beyond at every turn. Warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming—hospitality at its finest. Highly recommended!

Very very clean older building simple room again clean wel, renovated

The room consists of a bed, closet, minuscule bathroom and nothing else. No chair, table, glasses, cups or other essentials. Lobby is nonexistent. Access to rooms was via a narrow stairway with no elevator. Staff were helpful when available.

This hotel was not exactly what I expected. It was clean and secure, however there was no face-to-face interaction with anyone except the housekeeper. I had to download WhatsApp in order to communicate with the manager. Also they provide no concierge-type services like calling for a taxi.

More like an inn than a hotel. While the front desk isn’t always manned, their system is painless and cleaning was done daily and thoroughly. The location is excellent, near the nightlife and the tourist core of Lisbon. But night on top of it. So the noise wasn’t too bad.

The front desk guy when checking in was super professional and friendly, I didn't catch his name but he was very detailed and kind during check-in. Location is excellent.
