施設設備はそれなりの経年感があり、キレイ！とは言えない状態ではあるが、それなりにメンテも行き届いていて、普通に滞在するだけであれば問題ないです。部屋はいわゆるアメリカのホテルという感じで便利ではないけどそれなりに広い。周辺のホテルと比べて安価ということもあり、コスパとしては比較的良いのではないかと思います。空港行きのバス停が目の前にあるし、駅やノートルダム聖堂も徒歩圏なので割と便利です。経済的に許す、あるいは快適な滞在を求めるのであればもっと良いところに泊まりますが、出張で上限があるので次に機会があってもここを選択するような気がします。

部屋の匂いが不満、窓も開かず。 シャワーや風呂の排水給水も設備が古く酷い。 チェックアウト後の荷物預かりも有料とのことで印象最悪。 枕が分厚すぎ。

対応するホテルの従業員にもよるが、ルームメイキングに関する説明が不十分なうえに言葉も乱暴だった。

Great location. In front of bus 747 from YUL. 2 blocks from China Town. Lots of great restaurants. 10 minutes walk to Metro station. Very convenient to everywhere

Everything you need the downtown area are very close, wifi connectivity is great, pretty convenient, my third time to stay at Chrome Hotel, and will do it again next year. 👍👍👍👍👍

Nice enough hotel. Felt safe inside. Close to a grocery store and pharmacy. It’s older, but the room was clean, it was more of a suite with a tv room and separate bedroom. The bathroom was recently renovated. It’s right on Rene Levesque Blvd, so there’s a lot of road noise. It was great for a night’s stay. Check in is 4pm, they charge $4/bag to store luggage. It was convenient for us, so we did. It’s just a block off St. Catherine and about a 5 or 10min walk from Old Montreal. We were happy with it.

I like this hotel because: 1. very good Location 2. Price low compared hotels near by 3. Big room 4. Refrigerator 5. Microwave Dislike: Cleaning one time per 3 days. I stay 6 nights and they Clean only ones. They should pick up garbage every day No any coffee , tea in room No option for breakfast, need to go find cafe But anyway I will stay next time if price will be low

We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Montreal. Centrally located and a short walk to Champs de Mars metro, there is also a bus stop in front of the hotel. Lots of restaurants, banks, grocery store (IGA) nearby not to mention a short walk to the China Town. The room was very basic but super clean. The hallway needs to be vacuumed, I noticed that when we arrived, our room was located on the 5th floor and the elevator lobby/hallway is dirty. I thought they would have vacuumed it the next day but the same dirt and crumbs were still there after 4 days when we left. I mentioned that our room was super clean but if there is room for improvement maybe they should switch their cleaning products as it smelled so strong in the room of cleaning products when we came in and there is no air circulation in the room. No AC either and the windows cannot be opened. It was suffocating and the strong smell of the cleaning products can be overwhelming to the point you get a headache if you stay too long inside luckily we just left our bags inside and left for the rest of the day. When we came back in the evening, we left the door open a bit to let air in.

One word to describe oue stay TERRIBLE!! The room was dirty and the AC dripped all over the floor almost flooded the room we could clearly see a hole in the wall that they just covered with wall paper there was no working outlets in the room except the one in the bathroom and they're was blood on the curtains and stains of i dont know what everywhere here and there the bath was all dirty and it took us 30minutes to find the underground parking lot just to see blood all over the wall beside our car and the cherry on top they asked me for a 400$ deposit and sorry to say but i went in enough hotel in mt life to say that normally a f@:& deposit is not 400$ for 2days!! Mostly in those conditions

Close to everything we wanted to see in Montreal. Highly recommend this hotel.

Check in was very Curt. Elevators dirty and in need of refreshing. Carpet in room either needed to be replace or cleaned. Fridge in need of defrosting. No remote for air conditioning unit in bedroom.

i paid $170 to stay one night in a room that was falling apart with the smoke alarm hanging from the wall, paint chips and an adjoining room that I was not aware of or able to consent to. As a solo female traveller, I don’t appreciate the lack of opportunity to give informed consent regarding the adjoining room. I had a flawless stay here in March with no adjoining room or any other issues so I assumed all rooms would be the same but I was terribly mistaken. the smoke alarm hanging from the wall is a huge safety concern - what if there had been an emergency? The adjoining room cause me additional fear and anxiety and discomfort as the people staying inside were quite noisy and the soundproofing was nonexistent considering it is an adjoining room with a door that can open. Hoping the hotel can fix the smoke alarm issue at the very least, i sent a message as soon as i checked in and noticed it but I have not received a reply. I was very disappointed with my stay and likely will not return after this experience and the disregard for traveller’s safety.
