到着してチェックインしようとしましたが閉まっており、オーナーへ電話するも３０分以上待ちました。チェックアウトは隣のホテルにキーをドロップするだけですが、チェックアウトしてもオーナーから電話あり。管理があまりよろしくない印象を受けました。ただ、場所だけは最高です。

This room is located in the center of historical area in Split. It is in the center, but not so noisy. I can hear the historical choir sounds from the room. So nice!! If you have a very heavy bag, the hotel staff can help you to carry it into your room. They are very friendly too!

Great location and great breakfast!

This was the most amazing stay! To be within the palace walls itself was an absolute treat and the walkability is unmatched. It truly takes you back in time and we feel so fortunate to have been able to stay here. The breakfast was also unreal next door!

Amazing room in the beauty of the Diocletian Palace! Be sure to enjoy the early morning walks without the crowds. Yes there are stairs, but so worth the view, bells and location of this special retreat. Breakfast was excellent and airport transfer with Ivan was easy.

Location in palace was amazing. Beautiful and central. Only problem was we had to pay in cash instead of credit card. ATMs charge much higher rate than my bank

The property has a perfect location right in the middle of the historic center. It is easy and close to walk everywhere; lots of restaurants, cafés, nice souvenir shops. The room itself was very charming with a view to a small square where we had breakfast every morning. The bathroom was a little tight with not enough space to keep toiletries and towels.

What a great location! We stayed in a national treasure and it was ust lovely. We love walking aroung the immediate area where everything was basically in reach. Very cute room and amenities we required. The stairs with the luggage was a bit much, nut it's a dmall price to pay for a piece of mind and History.

Lovely place in an amazing location but there were alot of basic amenities that this property failed on. Only had a small bin in the bathroom for rubbish and they did not even empty that bin when they serviced the room. I was only staying 2 nights and that was a big inconvenience. Also the bar fridge in the room has a glass door with an internal light that stays on even when it's closed so i had to unplug the fridge at night as it lit up the whole room, which made keeping drinks cool impossible. It also had a strong mildew smell. Checkin could have been better- it's not easy to find, even though i had google maps. A guide with photo directions on how to get to the property sent to you before you're checkin date would have saved me alot of dragging my suitcase up stairs looking for the property. My accommodation in Dubrovnik did exactly that and it made it so so easy to find. Good place but really could do better on some very basic things.

Great location in old part of Split. Great breakfast with very friendly staff. Very nice room in authentic stone style.

not accessible by car. Ridiculously difficult to find, way too many steps. four flights to room, two were circular. this hotel has only three rooms . However the Breakfast at adjoining hotel was fabulous. Location in old city was very central but you have to be very capable to walk and climb stairs.

This property was in a fabulous setting Lovely place to stay, central to everything ! breakfast was amazing so much choice we welcomed the beautiful sound of 4 men singing in the vestibule it was like having our own Il Divo whilst sitting having breakfast outside so romantic.. Breakfast was incredible so much choice as well as a 3 tier stand of fresh fruit croissants/meats fresh bread you could also orders eggs bacon salmon , overnight oats all in with the price no extra charges ! friendly and helpful staff. Ivan collected us from the airport he was the perfect gentleman extremely Helpful carrying our luggage as there were quite a lot of stairs to climb , will definitely stay there again perfect! Great location right in the centre of the old town. Excellent breakfast at the hotel next door.This is not really a hotel room as such, more a serviced apartment in a great old building with lots of character. Unfortunately the stay was spoiled by a strong smell from the drains in the bathroom - we stayed for two nights but we could not have put up with it for longer which is a shame as otherwise a great option.

Unser Zimmer ( Sole, 3. OG) war einfach fantastisch. Die Lage perfekt und das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!!

You couldn’t ask for a better location to see the main historic sites in Split. Next to the main square and short walk to restaurants. The cathedral bell tower is next door so be prepared for a 6:00 and 7:00 wake-up, but that added to the charm for us. We will stay here again.

Great location, but hard to find. Fantastic breakfast. Couple minor issues: entrance to bathroom is raised an inch, resulting in a trip hazard, and towel warmer does not work.

This property was right in the center of town but not really loud. It was comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Beautiful room in the palace

Wonderful location and very cute room with lots of windows. The breakfast was great too. Shower temperature was a bit variable the only downside

I would give a 5 star but the owner neglects the details. Staff at hotel next door are great and helpful. The room itself was very clean and pleasent. Great location Light bulbs out in room and underpowered. TV didn't work on arrival, no welcome drink as promised, had to pay in cash without knowing ahead of time. Mirror in bathroom sucks. It's slanted sideways on wall since there is a window over the sink Very hard if you wear contact lenses to see especially with light bulb out. Easy fix with mounting a swivel mirror instead. Shower is good except the tray hole is slanted so it won't hold soap or anything else. Overall a very nice place and I would have told the owner when he came to collect his money but he was in too much of a hurry.
