夕食がビュッフェ（3500ルピー）か中華レストランしかなかった。ビュッフェを食べられるほど胃腸の調子が良くなかったがスリランカ料理が食べたかったのでルームサービスにしました。

家族4人で2泊しました。自然に囲まれた素敵なホテルです。猿や(名前はわかりませんが)鳥がたくさんいて子供たちが大喜びでした。 スリランカが全般的にそうなのかもしれませんがホテルでの食事代はそんなに高くなかったのも嬉しいです。朝ごはんのビッフェはパン類など充実していましたが、やはりカレーが美味しかったです。 まだオープンして日が浅いせいか、若いスタッフは対応になれていないようでした。朝食時の紅茶やお水のサーブは頼まないとでてきませんでした。 また、ルームサービスの部屋番号を間違えたようで、チェックアウト時誤って自分たちが頼んでない伝票まで支払ってしまいました。(ちゃんと確認しなかった私も悪いのですが…) 全般的にみてとても素敵なホテルです。

繁華街から少し離れていますが、静かで自然に囲まれ、のんびりすごせました。お部屋も清潔で、インテリアも素敵でした。スタッフもフレンドリーかつ親切でしたので、充実した時間が過ごせました。ありがとうございます。

交通の要所であるダンブッラに近く、観光の拠点に便利です。値段もお手頃ながら広くて綺麗な部屋とプールが使えます。スタッフのサービスも良く、観光の相談に乗ってくれます。そして朝食のクロワッサンが美味しい！

初めてのスリランカでしたが全てにおいて大満足です。 特に朝食ですが、スリランカでサクサクのクロワッサンに出会えるなんて思ってもいなかったのでうれしかったです。 大自然に囲まれて過ごす時間は他に代えられない貴重な体験でした。次も必ず泊まりたいホテルです。

Extremely comfortable stay - the rooms are very modern and spacious with stunning views of the beautiful surroundings. The hotel facilities are fantastic and hotel staff are very friendly, polite and helpful with booking transport/excursions.

Jättebra hotell, rent och fräscht och väldigt trevlig personal! Det enda negativa jag har att säga var gällande maten. Det fanns en kinesisk restaurang som var superbra, men helt tom. Sen i buffé-restaurangen hade de också a la carte, båda var sådär. Rätt mediokert och vår mat kom ut kall.

Utterly excellent hotel. Food, setting, staff, rooms, spa and pool all brilliant. From here we used hotel drivers to go to Sigiriya, elephant safari, Pollanawa and Arandupura. Highly recommend

We had an amazing stay at Jetwing Lake. What a beautiful and unique property with a stunning pool! It was so easy to visit Sigiriya and the Eco Park from there. The staff were amazing. And the food was excellent. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets each night. A very big thanks to the amazing staff who always went out of their way to make out stay even more amazing: Imantha, Ekanayake, Shan, Ashada, Kasun, Udithi, Halangoda, Madushan, Trileeshiya, Gimhani, Priyantha, Rizky, and the best from the housekeeping team, Sampath. Thank you to each of you.

Wonderful hotel, very tranquil and peaceful location, gorgeous swimming pool overlooking the lake. Rooms have pool or lake view. Helpful and friendly staff. Evening buffet has a wide selection.

IS superb enough of a description? Warm welcome, huge rooms with a view of the pool and lake with also a huge bathroom. An internet that really works and superfriendly service. The buffet for breakfast has an almost infinite selection and so has the dinner bufet. In adition, they have a chinese restaurant.

This property had a beautiful view, but it lacked soul or atmosphere - it felt like a bit like you could be anywhere and the small bar area upstairs was mostly vacant. We ate in the Chinese restaurant both nights as as we do not like buffet dinners - and if the breakfast buffet is anything to go by then it's nothing to write home about. The service was great - lovely people. If you are a big family and don't want to feel conscious about making noise, with a laid back buffet area and plenty of grass for the kids to run around on, morning and night, this could be the place for you.

My stay at the Jetwing Lake was truly exceptional and easily the best hotel experience I've ever had. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting me with a smile and going out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel's location was perfect, surrounded by nature and away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The serene and tranquil atmosphere made for a peaceful and restorative stay. The room itself was quiet and well-appointed, with stunning views from my balcony that left me in awe every morning. The wifi worked fine, not super fast but fast enough. I was also getting a good 4G signal on my phone. The breakfast was a highlight of my stay - delicious and varied, with plenty of options to suit all tastes. Overall, the Jetwing Lake exceeded my expectations in every way possible. If you're looking for a hotel that provides a perfect blend of rest, relaxation, and nature, this is the place for you.
