清掃の人にchao chinaと呼ばれた以外は市街も近くフロントの人たちも丁寧で必要な設備も整っているいいホテルだと思います。

街中に近く便利なところでした。 駐車場も地下にあり、とても快適でした。

綺麗で安全で広い

ベッドが大きく、硬めでとても寝心地が良いよく、上質な眠りが出来、フライトで疲れた腰や背中の痛みがすぐとれました。

部屋の清潔さ、サービス等アルバのホテルの中では一番と思う。レストランとカフェについて何度もコンシェルジュに聞いたが、適切で満足の行く結果だった。ロケーションも十分良い。（ロケーションがもう少し良ければ、総合評価で最高点。と言ってもアルバの旧市街は端から端まで歩いても十数分程度なので、何ら問題はない。）

１泊と短い滞在でしたが、トリュフマーケット開催場所まで10分くらい、Piazza duomoまでも歩いて約15分ととても便利な場所でした。お薦めしていただいた夕食の場所は地元でも有名なレストランのようでサービスや内容も大変満足でした。部屋も広く清潔感があり朝食も充実していて美味しかったです。またアルバに訪れる機会があれば必ず泊まりたいと思います。

Wonderful blend of classy Italian hotel and international expectations. I stayed in a superior double; extremely comfortable bed & pillows, large bathroom with bath & shower. Helpful staff, short walk to main interest points including train/ buses to explore surrounding areas. Delicious breakfast. Would absolutely stay again!

Hotellin sijainti oli rauhallinen mutta kuitenkin lähellä keskustaa. Henkilökunta oli erittäin avuliasta. Maksuton autohallipysäköinti ehdoton etu. Huone oli ok, vähän kulahtanut. Aamiaisella oli hirveä meteli ja hedelmät olivat ainoastaan säilykkeinä. Hotellin kuntosali oli lähinnä vitsi, vain pari käsipainoa ja rikkinäinen juoksumatto.

Wie immer hat alles gepasst im Calissano und die weissen Trüffel waren spitze.

Super helpful staff, clean large rooms, maybe a little dated, but everything functioned well. No tea/coffee in room, just in common areas. However on asking, the hotel provided a kettle immediately.

Everything about the property was perfect for our needs. We stayed in October during Tartufo festival, and one of the wine tastings was at this hotel. perfectly organized and wonderful wine selections. The breakfast is very good, and has several gluten free options as well as a barista to make coffees and cappuccinos. Beds were very comfy and location was extremely quiet. Parking is under the hotel, and you just need to run into the hotel on your arrival and they will open the gate for you. After that you can enter or exit with the room key. LOTS of restaurants and the entire old town is very walkable.

Camera molto ampia cosi come il bagno. Colazione ottima sia per varietà di scelta dolce e salata sia per qualità. Un plauso particolare al servizio garage e per la possibilità di lasciare l auto tutto il giorno anche dopo il check out
