排水口からの下水臭があり、最低でした。 トランジットの宿泊施設なので・・・

The walls of the room may be thin, but the voices in the next room were very noisy....

無料のシャトルバスがあったので、空港までの往復が助かりました。到着時は、空港についてから連絡したので、30分ぐらい待たないといけなかったので、事前に連絡できるなら、しておいたほうが良いと思います。

フロントのスタッフも笑顔で対応してくれました。 お部屋もとってもきれいで広かったです。空港近くということもあり、耳栓も用意されていました。 バス停も歩いて2分位のところにあります。利用していないけど、ショッピングセンターも近くにありました。

空港に着くのが夜遅かったので空港近くで宿を探しました。わたしが予約したときは少し値段が高かったですが、寝心地も良くサービスも良く朝ごはんもおいしく満足です。 ・シャトルバスは事前問い合わせ必須。メールでホテルに連絡をすると到着場所と電話番号とバスの写真が丁寧に送られてきました。到着後に電話をするよう言われていましたが他のお客さんが呼んだようでタイミングよく乗れました。 ・朝食は当日追加可能。日本円で900円程度。サラダ、フルーツ、コーヒー類など充実。卵料理も作りたてをくれます。オススメです。 ・スタッフは最初あまりフレンドリーではありませんでしたが、いろいろ頼っているうちにだんだんうち溶けていきました。ポーランドのホテルの人は無愛想に見えますが話してみるといい人が多かったです。 ・wifiも快適。部屋は仕事できるスペースがありました。 また泊まりたいです。

トランジットで利用しました。空港からのお迎えは空港に到着してから電話での連絡が必要です。 空港へは到着時に予約しました。部屋は近代的で、綺麗でした。 朝食も種類が多く、おいしかったです。部屋の壁が薄いのだけが残念ですが、よいホテルでした。

Excellent service perfecr and very near from airport so beautiful good price.

Stayed overnight on transit after a vacation in Germany. I must say it was far better than any German hotel I had stayed. A big double room with chairs, desk, es light, LCD TV, cupboard, card key, and more for such a reasonable price! The only problem was the means to access it. The nearby Chopin Warsaw Airport is has no single phone booth. There is free WIFI service to anyone but for unknown reasons with any if my devices the Internet access was disabled when attempting to use Skype. So after struggle I decided to call on roaming. At least it was still a domestic-domestic call so the CHG was not too bad. I'm tempted to use again!

This is my second year in a row choosing Air Hotel, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is warm and inviting, and the rooms are modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Good breakfast options. Hotel provides free airport transfer, which is great. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!

Zatrzymalismy sie w Airhotel na jedna noc przed odlotem. Nasz pokoj byl maly ale praktyczny. Wystarczajaca przestrzen na walizki i dwie osoby. Wszysto czyste. Klimatyzacje mozna wlaczyc. Obsluga hotelu bardzo mila i pomocna. Zostalismy dowiezieni do lotniska bezproblemowo. Polecamy ten hotel.

Room and bathroom were not clean.

The hotel is clean, quite and perfect location

It was okay. The breakfast buffet was okay. The room was okay. The carpet had like bleach stains on it.But the house keeper was super nice and friendly. The front desk had some nice people and some rude people, you never knew who you would get. I liked the nice people that were super helpful. I would say the lobby was nice but the rooms needed an update. The room was simple but clean. The walls were paper thin and I could hear my neighbors snoring, peeing, etc. I am grateful for the ear plugs they provided. This would be a last resort hotel for me. I think you can find better.

Clean rooms and complimentary bus shuttle service from the airport.

couldn’t locate my reservation and charged me twice which i gad to dispute, breakfast is so so There are better hotels near the airport

they coudnt find my reservation and tried to charge me twice for a room already paid..

It was one night stay and everything went smoothly. I even was able to check in earlier than 2 pm which was so important after 20 hours spent on a bus

Clean hotel with an airport shuttle

I made a mistake with my dates for one night here…so I called after booking 10 minutes after realizing my mistake….they wouldn’t allow me to change it without paying…Expedia tried calling they wouldn’t help with anything…the receptionist never answered the phone when I arrived at the airport for a shuttle (that they said to call for) when I arrived she was relaxing with zero people anywhere to be seen…the hotel itself is basic as basic gets…the shower pressure was a 5/10 they charge for everything toothbrush..towels…toothpaste…a tea bag from their front lobby (which looks like it’s complimentary) the only good thing was the bed but the blanket barely covers one person lol if you’re looking for something super super basic with nothing amazing go for it.

Very, very poor restaurant options with the dinners. Pork chops and chicken. 2 positions in the menu. Unbelievable. Report the problem with tv. Call customer service and nobody shows up to fix the problem. Next morning we have a problem with the light in the room. Called customer service and nobody showed up. Terrible experience with this hotel. Never will stay again
