Great place!!! Excellent Food

Especially considering the price of the hotel, everything here is below average. The rooms and the hotel facilities are good, but the rest is not. Service is slow and not good, staff is not professional at all and are sometimes even rude. Food is below average, not on the level of good hotels. There is loud music and it stays noisy until late at night.

The property was beautiful, clean, great location and views. Staff were so friendly and professional, cleanliness was beyond amazing.

Stayed with wife and 2 teenage daughters. Fantastic resort and base to explore Cairo, luxury setting and accommodation matched with service. The golf course attached is also amazing for those looking for leisure alongside relaxing and the spa is a real treat especially being able to use the indoor pool. Thoroughly recommend

Not good for a 5 star resort... Checked in and went to my room, tired from the long flight, I unpacked all my bags, crazy to take shower and relax, I turn the AC on and the heating is not working, called front desk and they send a technician to fix it, after over an hour he cant make it work, I ask him to leave cause I was really tired and wanted to take a shower and rest. Later on the front desk calls me and offer another room just sleep the night, I had to pack all my bags back.... Next day went to play the resort golf course, green fee was way higher from what is advertised on their website ! They said that now the golf course is separeted from the hotel and has nothing to do with their advertisement.... Last drop of the full glass... I go to the concierge and ask for a transportation to the airport ( 15min drive ) the person siting at the concierge desk says, " Im nit the concierge, go to entrance of the hotel and ask the valet for the transportation... Ask the valet and he says it cost US$70 !!!! ( Uber was US$12 ) !! It was very clear that they were making money surcharging third-party transportation service. Bad experience with WESTIN RESORT....
