The room was filthy. A layer of smudge on the glass, dirty bedding and carpet, broken chair, TV cable box unplugged, front door didn’t shut well. There was a glob of something on the bedside table. We brought our dogs and had to pay extra for them but I don’t know why because the room was unclean to begin with. If we didn’t arrive as late as we did, I would have left and asked for a refund.

Super nice staff. Room was very clean and cozy. Smelt a little like the food that had been cooked previously, but overall very good!

The place is under New Management. They have started to add small modern touches to the rooms: think lamps with charging ports for both USB and C cords. It is definately a motel, but little things like that really help a trip there go smooth.

Brooks is a small town with limited services and attractions.

We just showered and slept there. We with family otherwise.

Enjoyed excellent service as well as a clean and quiet room.

Nothing to like

Clean, simple, and affordable. The owner greeted me at the check-in desk, and changed the water bottle in the cooler so I can fill up my own water supply. I’m not crazy about the room up on the second level because it means I have to go up some stairs, but hey for this price, who’s complaining.

The carpet was very, very worn. The sheets had coffee? Stains.

I would like a refund as i could not stay there. The ac does not work, nor the tv and i was bitten by fleas.
