Was really disappointed with the room cleanness, very badly kept, pillows was a very bad, cockroaches was in the room, never have experienced such a things.

The actual price of the room is 3200 INR when checked from the reception however from Expedia it’s charged around 4000 INR. That’s something made feel more like an issue other than the stay .

Facilities are good here. Only thing was that most of the rooms were empty during my visit and it made me to wonder whether the price was slightly higher for the facilities provided.

The airline lost my suitcase on the flight here. We were going inland the next day. The hotel owner personally got involved to solve the problem. He even sent a car to the airport to pick up the suitcase so we could leave the next morning.

The experience was good as the staff was helpful. The room seemed to be small but the layout was fine.The in house dinner was good. The breakfast was well spread out and sumptuous. Shall recommend it for a short stay.

It is the best hotel. They have the best staffs and very humble owner of the hotel. I forgot my phone in the taxi, the hotel staff made follow-up and it was around 2230 hours. He did all that at his own cost and refused when I offered him some money. I got back my phone. In general, all staffs were welcoming and friendly. I really recommend this hotel. It is also very close to the shopping center just a walking distance and the beach. One last thing they offered me a free drive from the hotel to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing

We enjoyed our stay in the Hotel Winsar Park, specially personal touch of the owner as well as the staff be it house keepers or the service staff, all truly served always with a smiling face. When I go to Vizag again, I will definitely stay there and tell all our friends to be a guest there. I wish you grow more and more to serve your guest with smile and personal touch.

Had a wonderful experience at check in with very polite, helpful staff. The rooms were in very good condition with good facilities. The buffet breakfast was very good.

The stay was good

Good hotel with great food. However, no smoking rooms available, which was a downer for a smoker like me. Rooms were also a bit smallish.

The hotel is a very small hotel, but clean, well maintained and with excellent and courteous staff and good food. It is ideal for a business visit, as was mine. The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff was very helpful. The only negative thing during my stay was that I was unable to connect to their Wifi, despite repeated attempts and complaints to the hotel reception, who kept trying but couldnt get the wifi to work.

Keep it up.. Good management. Good service, llocation, ambience, breakfast.. Un short all good.

Great city location, only a short walk to shops restaurants and the sea front was 5 mins walk. Staff could do enough to help, very cheerful. Organised transport including a daily bus to the cricket, arranged train and air tickets. Food was good. Rooms clean and comfortable with all basic amenities.

Located opposite to KGH clock tower with unmatched comfort, the winsar park has very spacious and neatly maintained rooms. Excellent and courteous staff! The complementary fruit basket in the evening was good and the buffet breakfast was very nice spread. I was expecting south Indian meals in the menu since I was in Andhra but didn't find it :( Overall, my stay was extremely satisfactory stay that also fixed my budget! I don't mind staying in this place during my next visit!
