Excellent servuce on staff and also free breakfast But if you want to explore milan this hotel locations is bit far and public transport hard in afternoon If you someone who drives that s ok Overall i love the atmosphere and clean rooms

Personale molto cortese e disponibile, nonostante i problemi di arrivo dovuti al traffico (ore 23) ho avuto la massima disponibilità. Hotel comodo pulito con parcheggio (gratuito)all'interno della struttura. Ottima ed abbondante colazione. Ci tornerò sicuramente

Personale molto gentile e ottima pulizia. La struttura è pero in una zona un po fuori e per entrare la notte non c e la reception ma bisogna fare un giro all esterno ma all interno del cancello. Colazione secondo me migliorabile poca scelta

parking is very convenient, everything was fine.

The hotel was great and the staff was friendly, but the area around it did not have as much to do. There are only a handful of restaurants, but they were all good. It’s just a limited selection unless you Uber elsewhere.

Bed sheets were stained. Comforter was stained. No TV for two days

Hotellin sijainti on keskellä huonoa asumisaluetta, paljon rikkinäistä lasia pitkin teitä ja melko epämääräistä. Hotelli itsessään oli hyvä, ja sopisi varmaan paremmin autoilevalle väelle. Me liikuimme julkisilla kulkuneuvoilla ja matka milanon keskustaan vei lähes tunnin.

Hairdryer didn’t work, but roomy space and bathroom

The internet has been consistently down from 12 to 6 pm for three consecutive days, greatly impacting my ability to participate in my Zoom meetings. Unfortunately, I had to cancel all of them after being repeatedly provided with false excuses, such as blaming the rain or someone needing to reset it. This issue of the internet shutting down occurs every day during the same time frame, providing an impression that management saves money. Additionally, the receptionist's attitude is indifferent and lacks a personal touch. Moreover, the breakfast consisting of only five items is of extremely poor quality.

Complessivamente un giudizio positivo. Migliorabile la pulizia delle camere.

È nella media, ma non sono riuscito a fare colazione perché secondo me finisce troppo presto 9:30, minimo dovrebbe essere fino alle 10:00 se non le 10:30
