お料理は品数も多く大変満足しました。施設面の老朽化が目立ち、また接遇面、特にフロントの説明が不十分だと感じました。お給仕の方の一生懸命さが伝わり好感が持てました。

初めて伺いましたが、お湯がよいことはもちろん、夕食がこれでもかというくらい品数が多く、どれも美味しくて大満足でした。ありがとうございました。

ご飯も美味しく温泉もよかった

宿泊日は大勢のかたが宿泊されており、我々の部屋はやや狭めの部屋でした。 暖房が弱いのか、効きが弱く、滞在中やや寒い印象です。また、いつも楽しみにしている貸しきり温泉露天風呂も、外気が非常に寒かったこともあり、入浴した3回ともややぬるく感じました。 食事は夜も朝も非常においしく、毎回満足させて頂いてます。 春先から初夏の宿泊だった前回までと異なり、今回初の冬の宿泊となりましたが、全体的にやや寒さを感じた印象です。ただ、上記の通り、食事は引き続き満足させて頂きました。

今回で5回目の利用です。安定の満足度です。　

とても食事が豪華で美味しかった。 エレベーターがないのでお年寄りには向かないと思う。 お風呂で他の人が使っていると洗い場でお湯で出が悪くなって困った。 貸し切り露天風呂はとても気持ちがよかった

清潔感があり、食事も程よいボリュームでした。

貸切の温泉が借りれるのは魅力的です。部屋からの景色もきれい。強羅駅からも近いのでアクセスしやすいです。

食事含めサービスはとても良かったと思う。 量も問題なく夕食及び朝食は美味しかったと思う。 但し、貸切風呂の温度調整が出来ないためかなり低温で仕方がないので大浴場に移ることになってしまったのは残念な点です。それ以外は駅からも近く、価格に見合ういい環境だと思います。

アメニティが少なく不便でした。 ご飯はとても美味しかったです。

チェックインの時に貸切露天の時間を予約出来ます。 大浴場は✖︎ 窓がなく、古くて、露天風呂なし。一回入ってそれきりにしました。お風呂がこれだけだったら星１個のレベル。 貸切露天はとても⭕️ 山が見えました。源泉掛け流しで温度が高いので、シャワーの水を入れて温度を下げるのが面倒でしたが、いい湯でした。 夕食前、夕食後、翌朝食前に入って大満足です。 食事はとても手が込んでいて⭕️ 美味しかったです。 強羅駅から徒歩すぐ⭕️ お部屋は少し古いですが、トイレはリフォームしている様でした。 階段が多いのと、食事処が椅子なしだったのが痛かったですが、総合的にはまた泊まりたいと思えるお宿でした。

あたたかいおもてなしで、部屋も清潔、温泉の質もよく、食事もおいしく、また何より窓から大文字の山が見えて景色が素晴らしかったです。

料理がとにかく美味しいとのことだったので、こちらのお宿にしました。 実際行ったら確かに良かったです。 晩御飯、朝御飯共に質、量ともに大変満足でした。

The service was excellent in this family run place (third generation according to current head) and everything runs like clockwork (meal times, room cleanup, etc) The entirety of the hotel is extremely well kept including the onsen. Meals are also extremely good. When you consider the price relative to much higher end places is extremely good value. Can't recommend this place enough.

This was absolutely a wonderful experience. The staff were so courteous and friendly. The food was delicious. The onsen was a true delight. The room was extremely clean. As an American from the states, this was my first stay at a ryokan and the staff explained everything very well (there’s an informative pamphlet provided to you in your room). It’s super easy to get to once you get off the train in Gora (just take a right once you leave the station and go under the tunnel and the place will be up the street on the right). I so enjoyed this first time ryokan experience. I would definitely return to this establishment if I make it out to Hakone again!

This is a great traditional style inn. Our room was comfortable and the food was incredible. We stayed 2 nights and both nights itwas the Kaiseki style meal. Mainly fish with one meat course. The quality was excellent. Breakfast was a very good, Japanese style meal. We also took advantage of the private onsen, which could be reserved at the reception.

Awesome full-course Japanese dinner and traditional breakfast. Private onsen included. Rooms with private bathroom and spacious. Awesome staffs!! We were there with small kids and will definitely get back next time in town.

If you're looking for a more traditional stay with hot spring and Japanese style breakfast and dinner, Gorankan would be your choice. Staff are all very friendly and the location is like 3 mins walking distance to the cable car Station. Overall a very pleasant stay. Just be prepared the check-in time is strictly 3pm. Before that you can't find anyone at the reception. We had to carry our bags through some steps crossing the tunnel twice as the door was closed and no one was there at the reception.

Super cleannproperty and authentic vibe. The staff was exceptionally friendly and polite. The kaiseki was amazing.

2 parking lot upfront, this hotel locates right outside the gora station. Very convenient. Spa amenity is good.
