スタッフは素晴らしく、とてもフレンドリーで親切で、真摯にゲストの質問に答え、サポートしてくれました。ファミリー4人部屋は広々としていてとても清潔で、お湯も水圧も良く、セーフティボックスも十分な大きさでした。朝食も美味しく、ロビーでは24時間温かいお茶が提供されていました。唯一の欠点は、最寄りのMRT駅まで1.1km歩くことです。

清潔で居心地が良く、快適でした。チェックインもスムーズで、フロントのシルビアさんはとても親切で、何かあれば喜んで対応してくれました。スタッフは複数の言語を流暢に話します。MRT剣潭駅までのタクシー料金は無料です！

Not worth the stay, morning shift reception lady shouldn't be in the service line should work in a bank, I have high expectation for this hotel as the reviews are excellent. RM wise so so, we arrived early and give us the lowest level and ask us to wait beyond the check-in time when we arrived very early morning. Breakfast was not worth it.

This room is clean, big, the breakfast good, the front office person is helpful. To shi lin market a little bit far, we must walk at least 10 minutes walk. But we are very happy to stay in this hotel.
