The overall building is nice, modern and comfy. But the problem is the hospitality from the staff, I think you have to train more especially your front desk like the way they talk to customers have to be more polite and gave solution if any problem happened instead of said didn't know and make bad words. for the staff in dinning room is nice. for the standard room, they've just prepare a single bed fit for one person only, but they have a nice comfy lobby and complete utilities. and for the 2 persons room they prepare double bed fit for 2 and it's quite spacious and nice. and the building prepare free shuttle also, because it's quite far from BTS Ekamai if you walk.
