I visited this place twice within three months. My first stay was excellent—everything was well organized and comfortable. On my second visit, I brought guests with me, and unfortunately, the experience was very different. Despite informing them in advance and calling to confirm that one room would be for three people, the room we were given was not properly prepared and turned out to be the smallest available. It felt especially frustrating since the booking details had been clearly communicated. In the morning, when I called about breakfast, we were told we could not be accommodated because we had not booked early enough. However, after I went to reception to raise the issue, they acknowledged it was a mistake and that we should not have been turned away. Overall, the situation created unnecessary stress and put me in an awkward position in front of my guests. While I truly liked this place based on my first visit, this experience has made me hesitant to bring guests again.

Beautiful views, amazing restaurant.

Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir été surclassé en villa Aquila, le penthouse sur le toit. Nous avions jamais eu un logement comme celui là: c’était très grand, les deux terrasses avec vue sur le lac(sic), baignoire de chambre, tout très bien entretenu. De plus le petit déjeuner était délicieux et d’excellente qualité. Bref un séjour parfait.

We could not access the television. We do not have apps or wifi for this. We were disappointed on the size of bed. It should be a king size bed for a resort of this standard.

This is an amazing property with spectacular views. The staff is very nice and our room was huge and beautiful. The restaurant is great.

The resort surrounding is amazing and peaceful. It is truly a relaxing stay for the family.

We really enjoyed our stay. Definitely book a suite with a view. The restaurant was wonderful. Our only wish was that there were hot tubs with views.
