今年オープンした新しいホテルで、すべてが新品でとても快適に過ごすことができました。客室数が多くない為スタッフとの距離も近く、目が行き届いていて安心に感じました。また、どのフロントスタッフも流ちょうな英語を話すだけでなく親切で、いつも笑顔で質問に答えてくれたり、ゲストの快適な滞在の為のサービスの真摯さが伝わってきました。観光の滞在だけでなく、ビジネス滞在にも応えてくれるプロフェッショナルなスタッフだと感じました。朝食ブッフェの内容も多く、質も高かったです。併設のレストランもおいしく、宿泊者には割引がありました。またカリアリを訪れることがあれば滞在したいです。

Fantastiskt läge med närhet till allt! Personalen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam med fina tips på restauranger och aktiviteter. Tyvärr fungerade inte AC:n i ena rummet helt som den skulle och lät ganska mycket på nätterna, vilket gjorde det lite svårt att sova. Sängen var också något hård. Men i övrigt en riktigt fin vistelse!

Loved the hotel, staff was super nice. I didn’t like how our AC would turn off at night. Other than that everything was good with the stay here

Our A/C was broken and made a horrible high pitched noise. The hotel admitted that it was a bad situation but could not change our room or get a technician. They offered a cheap bottle of wine. We had to take sleeping pills to sleep with the noise. Too annoying to stay in room so had to stay out all day. They shrugged and offered 15 euro off per night. I found that insulting. Management didn’t think it was a big deal to have a high pitched awful noise 24/7 in the room. Also one of the reading lights was broken and dirty towels left from last inhabitants. We did not feel comfortable. Breakfast in a hot basement room with no character. I don’t know how this place got good reviews in the past. We tried to negotiate with the hotel several times but they felt that 15euro a night was what we deserved for a horrible stay in a noisy room.

Super comfortable bed and beautiful shower. Nice continental breakfast. Well situtated close to the train station.

Staff was vet friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Morning continental breakage was very nice and appreciated. The restaurant is no longer here but there are more options right outside the door. The staff is very helpful in pointing out options

Property is older but clean and staff is charming and kind. Breakfast was delicious - Stefania makes the best onion frittata and even shared her special recipe ! There was pastry and bread, yogurt, egg, cheese, meats and the scrumptious frittata. Also any coffees you want they make special for you. Nice easy walk to the train as well. Highly recommend - also on a quiet street near a Church.

Très bien situé en centre ville mais impossible de dormir avant 1h à cause du bruit extérieur

A centrally located hotel with clean and well maintained facilities. A standard breakfast was included with good options. Easy access to the city and island transportation ( via train) great restaurant options and easy access to the old city quarter. The staff was accommodating in particular “Simone” who earned our trust and confidence as he was professional and provided good solid information regarding the city, local areas of interest and dining options. Simone’s professionalism is deserving of respect by guests and management! We recommend the hotel for its proximity and access to the city as well as accommodations.

Pleasant traditional style with modern interior. Nice breakfast and very friendly service.

Tutto bene , la struttura è molto bene organizzata. E malgrado si trovi in una ZTL , invia tutte le indicazioni per poterli raggiungere con facilità. Molto confortevole e ben organizzata

Very happy with my choice. The hotel is central and close to the train station, also shops and restaurants. The reception lady was very helpful and caring. I'll go back if in Cagliari.

Perfeito . Os quarto era muito aconchegante, tudo extremamente limpo e arrumado . O local fica bem no centro perto de tudo . E os funcionários foram extremamente atenciosos , prestativos e muito simpáticos . Voltarei mais vezes !

Perfekt hotell, gångavstånd till det mesta. Katastrof vad det gäller parkering för bil. Hotellet ligger i ett bilfritt område efter 21:00. Mycket tyst och trevligt
