今年オープンした新しいホテルで、すべてが新品でとても快適に過ごすことができました。客室数が多くない為スタッフとの距離も近く、目が行き届いていて安心に感じました。また、どのフロントスタッフも流ちょうな英語を話すだけでなく親切で、いつも笑顔で質問に答えてくれたり、ゲストの快適な滞在の為のサービスの真摯さが伝わってきました。観光の滞在だけでなく、ビジネス滞在にも応えてくれるプロフェッショナルなスタッフだと感じました。朝食ブッフェの内容も多く、質も高かったです。併設のレストランもおいしく、宿泊者には割引がありました。またカリアリを訪れることがあれば滞在したいです。

Tremendous charming little hotel, located in the heart of the old town, it delivered on everything I expected for the very reasonable price. Staff were very friendly and helpful, as were everyone in Cagliari! Breakfast was basic but enough for me, some toast and jam, croissants, good coffee and orange juice. Room was spacious enough and well equipped with a desk and wardrobe, space to put your bag etc. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was decent, low ceiling and needed some basic maintenance but more than adequate.

Great location and super friendly and helpful staff. Our room was very clean and comfortable bed. Only issue for us was the low ceiling and doorway. My husband is 6ft and kept knocking his head.

Litet hotell med mycket bra läge och nära hamnen, restauranger och shopping. Busstationen ligger i nära anslutning, vilket underlättar när man ska till stranden. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal som gjorde vistelsen extra speciell. Bra rum och städningen var utmärkt.

Amazing service

Minor frustrations. Refrigerator was out no option to resolve. Sink in bathroom drained very slow. Had to request soap dispenser in shower to be refilled after house keeping finished. Breakfast brief the chaffing dishes need to be filled with hot water and lite the sterno gas. The food was cold.

Fantastiskt läge med närhet till allt! Personalen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam med fina tips på restauranger och aktiviteter. Tyvärr fungerade inte AC:n i ena rummet helt som den skulle och lät ganska mycket på nätterna, vilket gjorde det lite svårt att sova. Sängen var också något hård. Men i övrigt en riktigt fin vistelse!

Loved the hotel, staff was super nice. I didn’t like how our AC would turn off at night. Other than that everything was good with the stay here

Our A/C was broken and made a horrible high pitched noise. The hotel admitted that it was a bad situation but could not change our room or get a technician. They offered a cheap bottle of wine. We had to take sleeping pills to sleep with the noise. Too annoying to stay in room so had to stay out all day. They shrugged and offered 15 euro off per night. I found that insulting. Management didn’t think it was a big deal to have a high pitched awful noise 24/7 in the room. Also one of the reading lights was broken and dirty towels left from last inhabitants. We did not feel comfortable. Breakfast in a hot basement room with no character. I don’t know how this place got good reviews in the past. We tried to negotiate with the hotel several times but they felt that 15euro a night was what we deserved for a horrible stay in a noisy room.
