Great place to be in Nelspruit. Clean and safe with great staff.

The hotel is Clean and is a fortable

It was okay. The place is well priced.

We enjoyed our stay, only that the dstv was not working the whole of Saturday and Sunday.

The hotel was just what we needed for a one night stay before heading to Kruger. They allowed us to leave our hire car in their secure car park whilst we stayed overnight in Kruger which was settling.

We went to the supermarket in the morning and came back to the hotel room 15 minutes before check-out time. As we walked to our room, the door was wide opened; the windows were wide opened; and the cleaning staff was already in our room almost done cleaning. We found this to be extremely rude and unsettling. We will never return to this hotel again in the future.

Very modern feel and great outlay of the rooms the hospitality is also outstanding because of the friendly staff the breakfast is also a huge plus point. Definitly the place to stay when in Nelspruit

The service was out of this world, they really go the extra mile for their customers. The room was awesome with a corner bath to die for. It also has a shower The breakfast is great and so tasty, if you like home cooking then this is the place. The employees are all friendly and the man and woman who work at reception made me feel like I am priority as a customer. They made me laugh and was also helpful with information on day-trips. I felt at home and the bed was wonderful Very neat and I am returning to this hotel in 2 months I just have to get more of their number 1 hospitality, the bath where I lied for hours and the best breakfast I have ever had.

Felt safe, bit on the older side. However noticed new buildings coming up.

Wir haben 2 Zimmer gebucht, alles hat bestens geklappt, sogar als wir verlängert haben ging alles problemlos. Zimmer sind sauber und in gutem Zustand. In der Nähe gibt es Restaurant und Bars und sich zu verpflegen.

We had two rooms for two people because rates were so good. Both rooms comfortable. Traffic noise died down after late evening. Breakfast was extra and basic but did not cost much. Front desk lent me a hair dryer. Shower was great. Room very clean and wifi worked well. Free water. Not fancy but a great place to stay after flying in.

It was a one night stay for a shopping trip and the room was comfortable enough. Downside was teh poor wifi connectivity in our room - could only connect when you walked out into the passge.

Quiet and convenient!!! Very friendly staff!!!!

My bedroom did not have a shower. I asked to move to a room with a shower but the bed was old and really uncomfortable. I moved back to my original room which had a fantastic bed. I made due with the shower attachment in the bath. Not ideal but still comfortable.
