大変親切な対応でした。お茶のサービス等も随時あり快適です。街の中心までも近か観光には便利です。 タクシーがホテルの前まで入らないので、荷物をタクシーを降りるところまで取りに来てくれたのはありがたかったです。但しこの辺の状況を予約した人に伝えていないので更に改善すると良いと思います。

独特で落ち着いたデザインの建物で過ごしやすく、スタッフのホスピタリティが非常に高い。フレンドリーで淹れてくれるお茶が非常に美味しかったです。

とても親切にしていただきました。すべてにおいて洗練されていて快適な滞在になりました。空港の送迎もお世話になりました。プーアル茶のおいしい淹れ方も教えていただきました。

従業員の方も優しく、ロビーでお茶とかを入れてくれて清潔でくつろげるホテルです。テレビも日本の映画とかもみえるので、部屋でもゆっくりできめす。

初めての中国旅行で利用しました。 杭州から国内線を利用し、麗江へ。 〈移動〉 杭州滞在中に連絡があり、80元で送迎可能との事。初めての事なので、頼む事にしました。到着すると、私の名前が書いてある紙をもったスタッフが到着口に待機しており、すぐ迎えがわかりました。大体40分程で古城につきます。 〈立地〉 古城内に、ホテルがある為少し歩いて向かいます！(中には車では入れません) 徒歩2分位で到着します。川のすぐ側でとても雰囲気がよいです。 徒歩10分以内に中心の四方街があります。この付近はバーがたくさんあり、音楽ガンガンなので近すぎず、静かに過ごせます。 〈部屋〉 ゲストハウスのくくりではありますが、ホテルと同じ位のレベルです。 部屋はとても広く、清潔です。 鍵は出かける時は南京錠で外から閉め、内側からのロックは止め木？で閉める簡易的な感じです。しかし、ホテルに入るにはレセプションに通らなければいけないのと、セーフティボックスも完備してますので安心です。 またお水のサービスももちろんあります。 私が嬉しかったのが、大体海外のシャワーは浴びているとぬるくなったり、水になる事が多いですが、こちらはずっと温かいままでした。天気が悪い日もあり、少し寒かったので本当に良かったです！ 〈スタッフ〉 レセプションの方は、英語の話せるスタッフが2人いらっしゃいます。 私はほんの少しだけ中国話ができるのですが、ゆっくり分かりやすく話をしてくれました！本当にアットホームな感じで、温かいスタッフ達でした。 また、ツアーの予約や移動のバスの時間など色々気に掛けてくれました。本当にいい距離感でとても居心地が良かったです。 本当に全てにおいて不満はなく、家で過ごしているようなとてもよい滞在でした！ ありがとうございました！

A very nice traditional hotel across a stream. You can go up along the stream to go to the city center. In the morning, many school children passed by, with parents, to go to a school nearby. One lady staff speaks good English and she was extremely helpful and efficient as well as charming. She helped me a lot to get back things that I failed to collect at the security check point in the Kunming Airport. She also kindly arranged a driver so that we can see around the suburb whole day before taking an evening flight from Lijian Airport. We very much enjoyed our stay in Lijiang. Thank you so much.

素晴らしい、宿である。宿の女将さん他みんなが大変親切でした。初めて一人で麗江に行き、右も左もよくわからないのに、観光スポットについて、丁寧に説明してくれました。次に行く時は、また宿泊したい。

Reserved this place over other five star luxury modern hotels in the area because our business traveling group wanted a more local, authentic experience. We had high expectations which were exceeded. Situated in aruguably the best and quieter part of Old Town close to a preschool, Amy the owner was a wonderful host who made you feel like you are at home and kindly upgraded us to rooms with breathtaking views of the canal and mountain. We had an amazing and enchanting experience and marked this as a place to definitely revist with our friends and families later in the future!

We had an AMAZING time. We were so pleasantly surprised to learn this hotel is actually owned by the same family for over 100 years. It truly feels like you are staying with family. The Chinese breakfast was excellent (the baba was my favorite) - they also have Western style breakfast. Amy was so helpful in helping us make restaurant reservations, and great recommendations. We even did a free tea tasting and bought a lot of excellent tea. Truly a wonderful time, could not recommend it enough! The room was clean and perfect. The location is excellent as well. There even is free laundry on site!

It's totally recommended. The workers are all really nice. Once we arrived they offered tea and asked about our schedule and helped us to arrange it better. Recommended some nice restaurants and also helped with the trips to other areas. ​Being inside of the old town in a traditional building it's a great experience also. Rooms are big, confortable and clean and they even prepare homemade breakfast for you. ​it was a great experience in lijiang and hope to visit it again.

Beautiful hotel just by the river in the heart of old town. The breakfast was very tasty, only thing that could improve is to have a double curtain so garden room can have more privacy.

Very conveniently located in the old town, in the less busy area. However, the busy area is just a 10 minute walk away. Manager is very hospitable, and speaks great English.

We had an amazing time staying in Jun Po Xuan. Loved the hospitality extended to us by Sister Hua, Sister Amy and Brother Francis. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an accommodation in Lijiang Old Town.

Fantastic hotel in the ancient city. Beautiful old tea house, with lovely courtyard and clean and modern room. Extremely comfortable bed. The staff were lovely and very helpful (especially since my Chinese is very limited). You should enjoy tea tasting with them as well
