The room was far too hot even with heating off. There was no wifi signal and we were not prepared to pay, so unable to use phone. There was no phone to ring down to reception in an emergancy. Was not made aware of car parking on the wed site. Menu in restaurant for eving meal very basic.

Property is in a great location for the quay and city. However our room was incredibly hot and stuffy despite fans. There was mould in the bathroom andthe external window. I doubt it helps that there is 2 restaurants underneath. Staff were nice, but had limited options for how to help with the heat. Breakfast was awful. I had to leave it (which is unheard of for me!)

It was just as I wanted. Relaxing and enjoyable stay and sleep. Especially receptionist Babs who helped me order a taxi and shared NUFC stories.

Ein ganz normales Zimmer, Badezimmertür ließ sich leider nicht abschließen. Sonst alles ok. Parkplatz kostet 8Pfund pro 24 Stunden im Parkhaus

Das als "Top" beworbene Frühstück war einfach nur enttäuschend.

Bei early check in und later check out muss jeweils 10 Pfund bezahlt werden Internet ist nur für 30 Min. am Tag kostenlos Hotel-Crew teilweise sehr freundlich Frühstück für Nichtengländer gewöhnungsbedürftig Hin-u. wieder waren im Frühstücksraum die Tische u. Stühle nicht sauber Zimmer war mit neuem Kingsize Bett ausgestattet Alles sauber. Musste eine Toilettenbürste ordern. Diese gehört laut Crew nicht Ausstattung, da die Zimmer ja regelmäßig saubergemacht werden.... Zudem sollen diese oft als Souvenir mitgenommen werden...

I was only disappointed in one aspect of the stay and that was the advertising that led me to believe that there was free internet. Actually there was free internet but only for 30 minutes - after that you are required to pay. I just don't think that is a fair way to explain your internet options. Just wanted to make future customers aware. The upper floors are best. The lodging is clean and staff is friendly, I guess I was thrown off by what mattered most to me...the internet access.
