このホテルはお勧めしません。近くの新しいホテルを探したほうがよいでしょう。このホテルは値段が高すぎ、古くて手入れが行き届いておらず、少し汚くて臭いです。電話は機能していません。ヘアドライヤーはなく、トイレタリーも不十分/安物です。ハウスキーピングは、部屋の掃除を依頼するとタオルを交換するだけで、部屋とトイレの掃除はしません。トイレには小さなハエなどの虫がたくさんいます。隣の部屋の音や騒音が聞こえます。価格帯から考えると最悪のホテルです。

They ended charge us extra and the elevator not working also.

No drinking water available for their customer. We have called the attention of the staff to refill the water dispenser yet no action had taken. The breakfast is not good. Only one staff available doing to entertain their clients during breakfast time. No heater, refrigerator is not working.

Value for money, this hotel is within the city proper, the room I booked is good for 1 person but it is more cheaper thanyou booked in the hotel.

Booked a room advertised as good for 2. Only got a single bed with 1 pillow and 1 towel. A staff also randomly used the hotel key card to open the room while we were inside and did not apologize properly. Also ordered in the restaurant a coffee machine caramel macchiato, but instead got an instant coffee that was just manually prepared by the staff on the counter. Service-wise, this hotel is 2/5. On the other hand, we were able to check-in earlier, the room we had was clean and the food we ordered from the restaurant was excellent. Highly recommending their Pansit Canton Guisado.

description provides everything they mention on the advert. the 3 weeks I stayed was comforting and the hotel staff were very accommodating. Well secured with a lot of spaces for parking if you were to rent a car or invite anyone to visit. Everyday of October was full of events in their hotel that kept me entertained. Worth the price with breakfast every morning.

The room is clean and spacious. Staff were very accommodating. There were slight delays when we call for room service such us making up rooms but nevertheless, they work effeciently. Hotel is close to some tourist spots.

Madaming SD7 sa room and even sa Buffet area. Sana aware sila regarding doon, kasi parang its a normal thing na lang for them. Hindi okay na habang kumakain may gumagapang na mga SD sa table.

1. Toiletries not complete, 1 piece of soap, 1 toothbrush and 1 piece of shampoo all good for 1 use only. 1 towel. No comb, No cotton Buds, Blower not available. 2. Small Room, Clean, no news paper(as per advertised) 3. Broken Sink you will see a whole there. 4. No water bottle. There is a dispenser outside for free. 5 Having a hard time to connect to their slow free wifi. 6 Rude Receptionist - First day i ask the receptionist to connect me to wifi and she is so helpful and assisted me, she gave a new voucher for her to connect me to wifi. (Voucher is valid for 24hrs) The next day i ask a different receptionist (Princess) she told me to go back to my room which is on the other building and i have to climb to 3rd floor. And shes not willing to give another voucher instead, so that i will not go back to my room. It looks like shes lacking of customer service. Will never book here again.

Room was not clean up properly. A lot of small cockroaches. The house keeping was slow respond.

good: accessible and very near to different establishments, very nice facade and lobby, attentive staff, room is with good and functional a/c, hot water, refrigerator, tv and functional wifi. Meal delivery is also possible c/o the restaurant at the first floor. They provide complimentary towels, soap and shampoo. There is also a big parking lot for the guests. Hotel restaurant serves great food. Needs improvement: saw 2 small cockroaches in the room upon entry, bathroom smelled funny at first, it seems like cigar (but eventually disappeared), no contact information inside the room to reach the front desk and housekeeping since I was assigned at the 6th floor. Expected to have been given complimentary toiletries good for 2 nights but no replacement given even after I asked for a make up room service in the morning of my 2nd day of stay. I also wondered why there are no complimentary toothpaste and brush for the said room price. The room would be better if the furniture are maintained as well. Also, even though I got a 30% discount for the room using app, I found out that the price of my room is still cheaper when you have it reserved at the hotel itself.

A nice hotel, clean and good staff

Average hotel in the middle of the city. Very convenient location, a lot of places you can go by walking but tricycles and jeepney pass by in front of the hotel if you need to go somewhere farther.

There were no toiletries and rug in the bathroom. The refrigerator in the room was foul-smelling.

Better not go there again
