ホテル朝食はとても美味しかったです。客室もテラスからの景色は良かったです。空調の効きはあまりよくなかったです。

客室は清潔で、素敵な内装です。 シャンプーとボディソープ、石鹸は用意されていますが、歯ブラシやスリッパは自分で用意する必要があります。

豪華な装飾、タイルの紋様や、ベッドの形、壁紙など、歴史と文化を感じることができました。 朝ごはんは、チュニジアのチーズやドライフルーツなど、大変満足のいくものでした。卵焼きやイチゴジュースなど出来立てを運んできてくれて、最高でした。 いつでも、フロントの方が笑顔で出迎えてくれて嬉しかったです。

モバイルバッテリーを壊してしまったので、購入する場所を尋ねたら、携帯電話ショップ？みたいな所まで連れて来てくれて、購入するまで見守ってくれました。モバイルバッテリーの有無は死活問題だったので、購入するのを助けて下さって本当にありがとうございました。 朝食も種類が豊富で毎日目移りしました。スタッフの方も親切で、お菓子をいただいたりと思い出が沢山できました。 場所はメディナの所なので、夜になるとお店は閉まり賑わいが少なくなります。

古いですがきちんとメンテされています。お部屋は狭いです。観光気分が味わえるロケーションが良かったです。

目印として分かりやすいホテルなので、タクシーを使う際にも便利です。年季は感じますが清潔にされており、特に困ることもありませんでした。朝食もチュニジアらしいメニューが揃っていて満足できました。

広場に位置するため、タクシーが停まりにくいことを除けば、とても立地もよく、スークへの入り口も目の前でショッピングも楽しめます。 由緒ある建物なので設備が新しいホテルを望む方には特にお勧めしませんが、スタッフも感じよく、快適に過ごしました。

フランス門の前！ タクシーで伝えるとホテル前の 道まで行けました。建物は古いが スタッフは優しく、受付で何かと お世話になりました。残念な事は 冷蔵庫が冷えなかった。あと3泊 した中日に天井照明が切れた…。 交換は？と尋ねるとアフターと 言われました。惜しいと感じたが スタッフが良い印象を与えてくれ 楽しい時間を過ごせました。

朝8時過ぎに到着したのにすぐにチェックインさせてくれました。旧市街の入り口にあるホテルでとにかく立地は抜群。歩き疲れても、簡単に部屋で休憩できます。朝食も良かったし、おすすめのホテルです。

Amazing hotel

Hotel facility is good; lift is antique and interesting, room is sumptuously decorated. Amenities such as Shampoo, Body Soap, Body Gel and so forth were prepared and hair dryer was also equipped. I wished I wanted a kettle too. Room was cleaned every day but it cannot be said it is clean for me since short length hairs stick to cushion cover. In addition, two dress hangers split into two. Breakfast is buffet style and there are many selection from food. I was disappointed with many of male hotel staff during my stay. I asked for location of Metro station but his explanation was not good for me and I could not find it at last. I asked one staff to call a taxi for me and he said to me you could get a taxi at the Bab El Bhar... I do not understand if this kind of service deserve to 4 star class hotel. I recommend they should learn what the service is.

旧市街の入り口で場所が最高。朝食バイキングもよかった。

旧市街の入り口（旧イギリス大使館？）に位置し，新市街へのアクセスもしやすく観光に便利でした．朝から夕方までは賑やかです．夜は旧市街が８時頃に閉まると人通りもなくなり静かになりました．ただし，モスクが近いためでしょうか，早朝からコーランが聞こえてきます．ホテルの設備は新しく，スタッフも親切でした．

Excellent quirky property. location is perfect with easy access to medina as well as the other tourist areas. Slightly difficult to get to as it is in the very centre. the room was amazing with great decor. AC didnt work well so was a bit hot.

My receptionist, upon checking in, asked me if he could join me in my room, as a solo female traveller, I've never felt so unsafe upon my first foray into the country. I barely slept and left as soon as I could the next day. When checking out, they tried to double charge me. Breakfast was mid at best - be on your guard here.

AC was never on. Apparently it is only turned on May 20th and later. Wifi didn’t reach the room so had to use Data.
