朝食は8:30〜焼きたてのデニッシュがサクサクでとても美味しかったです。Buffet形式で欲しいものをいただきます。オレンジジュース、果物のカットしたもの、ハムとチーズのスライスもありました。カプチーノやコーヒーはスタッフが入れて出来たてを提供してくれました。

便利なロケーションとスタッフは五つ星です。 部屋は広くてとても快適でしたが、部屋に提供されていたタオルと12ユーロで洗濯をお願いしたものが、何となくじめっとしていたのが残念でした。 一度お湯が出なくなったが、連絡したら夜中には出るようになりました。

Excellent & pretty hotel with delicious breakfast, convenient area, clean room and kindest people. I really enjoyed 4 nights staying and I want to thank you for everything. Definitely, I want to stay again one day.

We were looking forward to staying at the hotel. They were nice, but I am not sure if they are sincere. They looked too busy to respond to my questions. They have not even responded to my email thanking for their hospitality during my stay.

一日中観光してホテルの扉を開けると、なんだか良い香りがして毎日自分の家に帰るみたいにホッとしました。 特にスタッフが皆素晴らしく、温かく、自由にパレルモでしたい事全てをサポートしてくれました。 毎朝の朝ご飯も美味しかった。 部屋にある家具やベッド、額など全てさりげなく素敵で、本当にお洒落でした。 パレルモで一番素敵な地区にあり、地元の人が行く安くて美味しいレストランも近くに沢山ありました。 何気に、今まで泊まったホテルの中で一番良かった。

Excellent value for price. Very warm and helpful staff (and owners). Breakfast was also excellent - ample with many sweet and savory items including excellent coffees. Superb location with easy access to many restaurants and sites. Minor issues were shower water does not get hot enough and had to unplug a lamp to be able to power electronics. No elevator but only one or two flights of stairs to climb. Air conditioning functioned well, and very nice touch providing a bottle to refill filtered water at our convenience. Would definitely stay again.

Staff was very helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Stairs were a problem and breakfast was good.

We were very happy with our stay and would gladly return again in the future. The room (Superior Double Room with Balcony) was very nice, with comfortable beds and a good amount of space. Even though there are two restaurants located below the rooms, there was very little noise when the windows were closed. The hotel is also located on a side street just off Via Vittorio Emanuele, so we hardly noticed any noise or crowds from the busy main street either. B&B Vintage has an excellent location within walking distance of most attractions and places of interest. Breakfast is served from 8:30 AM if booked, but since we were usually out and about before then, we had breakfast elsewhere and therefore cannot really comment on it. Once again, we were extremely satisfied with the hotel and would happily stay here again!

Loved our stay at this B&B! Perfect location to walk to everything, very quiet, and very clean. Staff was super-helpful, Giada even gave us bus tickets to get to Monreale.

Nicely decorated and arranged, within the restrictions of an old building. The electricity supply was dodgy, 2 power cuts in the area in 2 days so be prepared!

Location is great for sightseeing & plenty of lovely places to eat! Near to the train & bus station. Room was clean & bed very comfy but no tea/coffee making facilities in room. You need to go down to the next floor to make a drink in the dining area. Breakfast is minimal & seating cramped into a tiny area but food is fresh, healthy & what do you expect for €10? Not suitable if you don't do stairs or bring a heavy suitcase! However, what really makes this place are the staff. Really helpful & friendly & Jade especially helped us book tickets to get to Siracusa. Would definitely book with them again, just pack a travel kettle!

A very welcoming and friendly hotel. The location is ideal with short walks to all city centre attractions, but on a quiet side street so rooms are quiet. Breakfast is basic but good. All the staff were willing to help make our stay perfect. We didn’t feel it was hot enough to use the air conditioning as there was plenty of fresh air available from the large opening windows.

Hôtel idéalement situé, au coeur d'un quartier avec beaucoup de restaurants. Très propre et confortable. Superbe petit déjeuner. Thé, café et eau à disposition toute la journée. Le personnel, qui parle français, est très sympathique. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Excellent location, clean room and good quality bed. Giada on reception was friendly and very efficient. Good breakfast including very fresh fruit salad and good coffee. Enjoyed the stay.

Set on the heart of Piazza Marina, great for restaurants and bars and the high end flea market on Sundays.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Palermo here. The location was excellent - close to everything we wanted to explore, yet still comfortable and relaxing. The owner and staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They really made us feel at home. Overall, a wonderful experience that we would happily recommend to others!
