Clean, modern hotel with great complimentary breakfast

This hotel was absolutely gorgeous. Everything was spotless, the amenities were useful, and the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I also thought it was very sweet that the hotel allowed my husband to hire a decorator to decorate our room for our anniversary. The staff was very accommodating and helped make the occasion feel special. They provided free umbrellas when it was raining outside, which I also thought was really cool! I’m giving it 3 out of 5 stars because I have strong opinions about the thermostat. As a hot sleeper, I found the temperature difficult to sleep in. The thermostat would not go below 68°F, and even when set to 68°F, the room would often sit at 70°F or higher for extended periods. For someone who gets very warm at night, that made sleeping uncomfortable. Another issue was the shower gel bottles. They were so small that we had to request replacements after nearly every shower, as each bottle seemed to contain only enough product for a single use. Aside from those two concerns, everything else was excellent. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, smells great, and the staff is especially accommodating to English-speaking guests.

Hotel is a boutique hotel. Cannot expect like other big chain hotels. For example, no room dining after 10 pm. Rooftop is beautiful, but have no drinks or food options upstairs. You can order at the restaurant at the lobby and then take it upstairs. Small bathrooms. If someone likes more of some view, request higher floor otherwise you will be looking at a wall from your window. Otherwise the hotel was clean and staff was helpful

Great views and clean hotel. Self-service checkin and checkout were very convenient but it was a little confusing how their complimentary breakfast works.

This hotel is ok. The blackout curtain is superb. The coffee in the room is excellent. The toilet and bathroom solution is strange. Not much storage area. The ventillation is noisy and cannot be switched off.
