とても清潔。受付の方も丁寧で、清掃担当の方も皆さん感じがよく、共用スペースで気持ちよくすごせました。受付で５ユーロを支払い洗濯、乾燥ができました。また、風量のあるドライヤーが使えたのがよかったです。

ビルバオグッゲンハイム美術館から近い立地。電車遅延で22時を過ぎてのチェックインだったが快く応じてくれた。一階のカフェなども居心地がよさそうに見える。

清潔です。それにつきます。 強いて言えばブレックファーストが付けば文句なし。

数ヶ月前にオープンしたというホステル。部屋と共同バスルームはかなり清潔で、シャワーも問題なく使えました。隣に雰囲気のいいレストランがあります。滞在中にルームキーが機能しなくなるというハプニングがありましたが、フロントの人に言ったら笑顔で対応してくれました。まるでホテルにいるかのような居心地の良さでした。

Great location, just a five minute walk from the Guggenheim Museum. There are plenty of restaurants around to eat. It did feel safe and I do recommend it highly.

Hostel is clean and well located. Stuff is nice and had no issue during check in. Couple of issues: They did not make my bed. They just put the folded sheets and I had to make my bed which was interesting for me. I am not sure if hostels in Europe this is the common approach. And secondly the door in the room is extremely loud when closing down. There was no stopper or anything thus I woke up whenever someone leaves the room. Only water is provided, no coffee, tea etc.

This hostel needs to level up for real. No blug near the bed only the old usb. Who uses old usb anymore? The beds are so exposed. Other hostels have curtains for each bed. They don't offer locks and towels which is acceptable but no hair dryer in the shower??? How the hell should I dry my hair?? The bed sheets have some stains. When I got to reception the girl was like can you do the self check-in I'm busy lol The staff were shocked when I asked for the upper bed. They were like woowww people normally ask for the bottom bed. Ok I'm different is there any problem? They made me feel like the change is impossible and the system does not let them change the beds and if I want I could cancel my reservation. I was going to cancel and they were like ok we'll change for you but last time. I didn't use the kitchen but it seemed well equiped and clean.

El lugar es muy lindo, pero nadie te dice que debes llegar antes de las 5 para que alguien te pueda abrir, yo llegué de noche y de no ser por que alguien iba saliendo y abrió la puerta me habría quedado afuera, además, por el precio no incluye el candado de los lockers, cosa que si pasa en otros hostales, debes llevar el tuyo o te venden otro por 12 euros, la corriente eléctrica en mi cama no funcionaba además de no hay alguna cortina que te lo mínimo de privacidad

Good

Check-in after 00:00 is tricky. No personnel at reception during the night shift. You have to self check-in using the machine, which is not very user friendly. I've spent 15 minutes dealing with all paperwork. In general - OK and clean.

Chambre et sanitaires propres. Accueil chaleureux. La climatisation est un vrai bonheur

Bueno ,yo me encontre bien ,el staff simpatico, las habitaciones son comodas ,por el precio está más que bien :)

Arrived late at night and someone else was in my bed. Had to wait in the lobby for the few hours I was planning to be there. Rooms are hot despite A/C advertised. Beds and bunks not comfortable.
