The breakfast was very delicious, and the lobby on the first floor was very spacious and relaxing

Everything other than shower is satisfactory. In winter cold water shower curbed my energy.

1月に1泊利用した。ユーストン駅から徒歩３分ぐらいの距離でアクセスしやすかったので利用。ホテルの施設自体はキレイで隣にはカフェもあった。1番安い部屋だったので仕方がないかも知れないが、地下の部屋に案内された。窓もない部屋で見た目はキレイな部屋だが、埃が目立っていてやや清潔感に欠けた。

The room was really well designed and comfortable. My central heating wasn’t working but a member of staff immediately sorted out a heater for me. Excellent value - I’ll stay there again.

All good just had no heat over night was freezing … as they do not have phones in room could not tell .. it’s 2 in morning so just used the towels as extra blankets. Did tell them in the morning an someone sent email apologizing

People need to understand how truly small the pods are. Just be aware if there are two of you in a room, you will be crawling over each other to get to the bathroom.

El personal y el servicio son excelentes, el desayuno muy bueno, lo único malo es que real las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, son individuales, no deberían ser para 2 personas.

The location is great, it’s very close to Euston station, making it easy to get around. It also felt safe. The staff were friendly. However, we had some concerns. The queen size room was extremely small- it’s essentially a tight, short hallway with a bed at the end. There’s no space to walk around and limited space to put things. If you’re travelling alone, you’d likely be fine but for two people it felt quite cramped. There was limited shelf storage in the room and bathroom. The bathroom sink was tiny. One of the shower heads was malfunctioning and sprayed water everywhere. If you’re okay with having very limited space and just want a good location, I’d recommend this. Otherwise, you may want to consider other options.

Excellent hotel - highly recommend. Customer service was friendly and efficient, rooms were clean and well laid out (if somewhat small) and the breakfast was great.

Great location for Euston, St Pancras and King’s Cross stations. Very clean room, incredibly comfy bed and very quiet during the night . Helpful friendly staff.

Close to Euston train station. Room was clean and bathroom was very nice. It was a very tiny room, only good for one day if you have a lot of luggage.

Room was cosy but immaculate and modern. Staff were all lovely. 5 min walk from Euston station which was perfect for me.

Room was very small, shower room was tiny, shower room smelled of mould, wallpaper in one of the panels was coming away from the wall. Cheap laminate flooring, double bed against the wall, with about 12 inches to walk around one side to get into bed. Floor 1, Room 117 avoid. Other guests on that night and on that floor were noisy and had children. I couldn’t wait to leave the property. The staff were really lovely but the rooms are awful. I would not stay here again. Plenty of options at cheaper rates nearby this hotel.
