まるで自分の家で過ごすように、快適に過ごせるホテルです。長期滞在したくなる魅力があり、スキー後の疲れを癒せる空間です。スタッフもとても親切です。

羊蹄山が雄大かつとても綺麗に見えるお部屋でしたし、お部屋も素敵で感動しました。 また宿泊前から色々と親切に教えて頂き、ありがとうございました。 また是非利用させて頂きたいと思いました。

冬季の6人部屋に宿泊。眺望良し、部屋もきれいで快適でした。 昼間のスタッフは丁寧な接客でしたが、夜間対応のアルバイト？外人スタッフの対応がいまいちでした。 wifiの電波が非常に弱かった。

Ski lift was very close, just a few hundred metres away, we had a car so we could easily get around from resort to resort and were able to see and ski on all four of them. Grand Hirafu and Anapurri are definitelly the best.

Cons: No waste bins in the bathroom or toilets, quite inconvenient to bring out to the living room to throw rubbish. Even the common toilet in Basement had no waste bins. Pros: Spacious and nice view. Nice apartment.

酒店很細心，當完成訂單，很快便收到酒店的Welcome email , 並確認到達時間，房間的類型，之後也發電郵詢問是否要訂購滑雪及其他設施，也介紹這個地方有什麼可以玩的。到會入住之前，再發一個電郵提醒入住資料，酒店非常細心。評價囉

The staff were very helpful with providing information about the local transport and activities in Niseko. The room is clean, spacious and equipped with a kitchenette and a washer/dryer. The hotel is near to the bus stops and convenience stores.
