とても良かった。 景色が最高！料理もホテルでお勧めです。 全部、地元の野菜、子羊など、地元産を使用した料理ばかりとスタッフは教えてくれた。味は、美味しいものばかりでした。 清潔感、内装など綺麗。ただ、部屋の広さは、小さめでした。

部屋は少し小さくこじんまりとしていましたが、比較的にホテルが新しく清潔もあり、良かった。 海側の部屋も景色がいいけど山側もとても良く、山の上に氷河がみえました。

We had such a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, the rain shower amazing, the food (both dinner and breaks fast) was excellent, and maybe best of all, the black out shade was so top notch that we woke up and didn’t know what day it was. I have only wonderful things to say and would absolutely come stay again!

Misleading information. 5 star price for a star budget student style hostel .Had we knew the our room was just right next to the car park , we wouldn’t have chosen this hotel . Very poor value of money . The amenities were of inferior quality. The service was cold . We stayed at Fosshotel glacier lagoon just a few days ago and initially had a good impression of the brand but after staying at this hotel, we are going to avoid this chain hotel the next time . The room had a musty smell to it . It was probably coming from the old carpet . The ventilation inside the room was poor. Sound insulation was terrible . We could hear the sound of cars passing by every now and then . We booked the standard double room but were given a room which was in the separate location as the main hotel. This was misleading and dishonest. Unfortunately, there was nothing I like about this hotel .

This was one of our favorite places to stay during our 14 day tour of Iceland. The views out over the ocean from the patio and the restaurant are wonderful, and the coastal trail to view the birds and their chicks was a gem. There is a natural arch five minutes down the path with intriguing geology, and the views inland are awesome as well. We wish we stayed here longer as there some great things to do and see along the peninsula. The staff are very friendly and we would stay here again for sure!

Bel emplacement, déjeuners satisfaisant et varié. Chambre économique plus petite que ce que je m'attendais. Bien pour un petit séjour d'une nuit.

El hotel es pequeñito, íntimo, las habitaciones pequeñas siento que el precio es muy alto para lo que ofrece, hay cargadores eléctricos, el desayuno estuvo muy bueno.

Nous avons passé une nuit. Nous avons logé dans une des annexes très grande chambre, très bonne literie, salle de bain pourrait être modernisée. Le wi-fi ne fonctionnait pas très bien et les chaînes de télévision étaient rares. L’hôtel est très bien situé avec une très belle vue sur la mer, réception agréable avec un cadre style salon. Nous avons très bien mangé, vue sur la mer également, même si la carte du Fosshotel ressemble étrangement aux autres Fosshotel où nous avons logé durant notre road trip. Je trouve dommage que dans la plupart des Fosshotels nous retrouvons la même carte des menus et des vins.

Das Hotel liegt ganz im Westen der Insel und scheint gut besucht zu sein. Die Aussicht auf das Meer (wenn man das Zimmer so gebcuht hat) ist fantastisch. Auch aus dem Restaurant hat man diesen tollen Blick. Die Umgebung lädt zu vielen schönen Ausflügen ein. Sowohl mit dem Auto als auch zu Fuss. Das Personal ist im großen und ganzen nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war typisch für isländische Hotels. Das Restaurant fanden wir für die gebotene Lewistung etwas überteuert. Die Zimmer sind sehr sehr klein und sehr beengt. Ausserdem wäre eine zeitgemäße Renovierung angebracht. Die Abrechnung am Abreisetag erfolgte etwas lustlos und wenig Gastfreundlich. Es wäre schön, wenn der Gast vor dem bezahlen einer hohen Rechnung nach mehrtägigen Aufenthalt die Chance hätte, sich erst mal die ganzen Buchungen anzuschauen. FAZIT: Lage und Aussicht absolut Top. Hotel selbst und Teile des Service haben noch Luft nach oben.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel. L'accueil y a été agréable. La chambre (economy) était très très petite et il a été impossible d'y ouvrir 2 valises. Les matelas étaient très confortables, il y avait 2 oreillers par personne et les rideaux occultants étaient super. Nous avons pu dormir dans le noir complet sans avoir besoin de masque de nuit. La douche était de bonne taille malgré une salle de bain assez étroite. la vue était très jolie (vue mer ou montagne selon les chambres).
