Perfect location, walking distance to the hospitals, eaton center etc. Spotlessly clean! Great place to stay!

It was a short stay unfortunately but very pleasant. The hotel was great and for me it was in a perfect location with access to Eaton centre and many great restaurants and bars. I would definitely stay here next time visiting Toronto and hopefully for longer. There is an excellent cafe on the ground floor and connected to the building.

Great stay but the bathtub wasn’t sealed properly and water leaks into apartment underneath and fridge loves to leak water

Excellent location. Very central with great access to subway and buses. Spacious apartment and fairly new kitchen. Quiet condo with nice views of the square outside the aura building. Supermarket is very close. The photo of the pool is the ymca which is about one block away. Had unlimited access to their facilities. Pool is large and water quite warm. I’d stay at this apartment again.

The apartment has a great view very high floor. The second bedroom is cramped more of a den then bedroom with just a curtain. The main bedroom is very nice.There is no swimming pool not sure why there is a picture on website of a pool?

Great location and very secure building. The wifi and TV was terrible. No channels and could not connect to any streaming services without freezing the whole apartment. Only 4 towels for 3 of us for 5 nights. No light I the shower in master and shower head in second bathroom sprayed everywhere.

I loved the fact that it family friendly, close walking distance to all the downtown attractions, also loved the college park, everyone was friendly and there was something always happening, would recommend this place.

Altitude Suites is fantastic! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The communication from the property couldn’t have been better, more helpful and professional. This place has it figured out! We love the city of Toronto! The location of this property is perfect! The suite is beautiful! We would stay in this place every time if given the chance.

The very high pitched smoke detector went off at 6:30 in the morning when I was having a shower and I messaged and called the contact number for the manager but no one responded for several hours. It was still going when I left at 7:30 for the airport with a bad headache. There is no on site manager or front desk to help. On top of that the fire alarm went off twice while I was there for a week and apparently it was a test.

Lovely neighborhood (especially if you like to window shop) - easy access to restaurants and coffee. I was there for a business trip and it was perfectly situated. It works well for 1 person. I think it would be fine for a couple, but I wouldn’t have more than 2 adults (not set up with a lot of privacy). Also- a great view!

we arrived on Monday the 4th. left Tuesday at 9 AM. we had it booked until Friday the 8th. The apartment needs attention. Door into the bedroom will not close. the TV does not have normal cable, but i believe a some kind of satellite system that does not even include any Toronto stations. WOW, in Toronto and have to watch KOMO news in Washington. in the bedroom at 11 PM, we enjoyed listening to the next door neighbor's Music. Oh well, another experience in life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My hubs and I were excited to have a fun staycation in the city and Altitude Suites Bellamond delivered just that! Amazing suite, lovely decor and super clean and bright! AND THAT VIEW!!! WOWSER!!! What a treat! The owner was also very responsive and just provided A++ service. Can't wait to stay there again soon!

Das Appartment liegt in einem Suite Gebäude direkt im Ausgehviertel in Toronto. Gesichert durch Zugangskontrolle und Portier. UBahn "Bay" in Gehweite. Parken eher nur in der Tiefgarage möglich. Abends ist viel Ausgeh-Verkehr an der Strasse und viele Lokale und hochwertige Clubs um die Ecke. Man sieht viele High-End Karossen (Lambos, McLaren, Porsches, Ferraris, ...). Das Appartment hat 2 Räume (Wohnzimmer mit großem Fernseher und Netflix, Schlafzimmer mit Queensize Bett und kleinem Fernseher). Da Appartment, findet keine tägliche Reinigung statt. Es wird auch kein Frühstück im Gebäude angeboten. Das Zimmer ist hochwertig ausgestattet (Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Wasserkocher, Microwelle,...) und der Kühlschrank ist vorgefüllt (kostenfrei). Aussicht ist sehr nett. Manchmal trotz (bei uns) 20.Stock etwas Stassenlärm zu hören. Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.

The place was great. The only things we thought that could have been improved were perhaps more towels as we were staying there for three nights. Also, it wasn’t clear on Expedia that this is an Air B&B and not a hotel, so when we were asked to provide cc details over the phone it seemed odd - until we realized it wasn’t a normal hotel set up. The check in was also confusing as the main outside door to the building/ security desk was closed off, so we ended up lost in a hallway. Thanks!

Terrible and absurd accusation has been made regarding damaged materials. They claim i have damaged the bottom of a toaster. A Bottom of a toaster which is partially MELTED!!!’ First, how do i know the bottom was melted during my usage. It worked perfectly fine. Second, it appears it melted from heat of electric stove which I NEVER used. I just returned from trip and this is the first message when internet is back on. I will Never let this pass. People, never book this place. You never know what they might accuse of
