The hotel was beautiful and in a perfect location in the colonial district of Santo Domingo I liked the sitting area in the pool area. There were, round tables under trees lit up at night so we had a place to play games.

Everyone was so kind and professional. We even got excellent recommendations for tours and sightseeing.

Loved everything about this property. Will definitely be staying down there again.

The room was great. The front desk staff and the porters were wonderful. The service in the restaurants was not great. The massage service was poorly organized. The person in the bar supposed to be serving. Customers spent all of her time looking at her cell phone and ignoring everybody providing the minimum service requirement

El hotel es muy bonito todas sus instalaciones así como lo céntrico que está y que puedes llegar a pie muchos restaurantes cerca lo único que creo deben de mejorar es la parte del desayuno ya que no es variado y solo cuentan con pocos platillos preparados pero de ahí en fuera muy bonito

Hermoso y acogedor hotel, nos encantó el punto en el que está ubicado. El descanso fue más de lo esperado, la cama muy cómoda y cero ruido aún al estar en la Calle Las Damas. Todo queda cerca, caminar en sus alrededores es muy especial y seguro.

The property is pretty, all staff very friendly and helpful. So much history in the area all at walking distance. Everything is spotless and the room with a 4 poster king size bed was very beautiful.

Great location easily accessible to almost all major sights in the city. Staff was very friendly.

Great location, great accommodations..... biggest negative was the Air Conditioner didn't work properly. Had to turn it off at night due to excessive cold, room was like a refrigerator. Happened in both rooms that I stayed in and my friend's room as well.

This has to be the best place to stay in Santo Domingo -- at least in 2025, as two of the other historic boutique hotels are currently surrounded by lots of street construction. I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is historic and fun to explore. My room was large and comfortable. I stayed in some sort of "club" room that gave me access to a private area with snacks and drinks. As nice as the property is (and it is very nice), the best thing is the location. RIght in the center of Santo Domingo's historic attractions, restaurants, and bars. So much to see, do and enjoy within a very short and safe walk from the hotel. Highly recommended.

Exceptionally clean & beautiful historic building in Zona Colonel. Exceptionally friendly and customer oriented staff. I have been to all the major hotels in Santo Domingo for over the past 15 years and this one is by far the best.

I loved the hotel, the location and the excellent service. I did NOT like my room. I asked for a quiet room with a single. Mine had a queen bed with an unwieldy set of bedding and quantity of pillows. It was one of six with a balcony opening to a very noisy street and an inner door that didn't shut completely.
