旧市街の真ん中にある、歴史的な建造物を改装した素敵なでした。 案内された153号室は通りに面した、2層分の天井高さがある部屋で、広さはないものの開放感に溢れた大変ゴージャスでした。 ガラスに入った水だけではなく、ジンとシェリーもサービスで置いてありました。 部屋はいたって清潔、手入れも行き届いており、好感が持てました。 地下にあるスパとプールも、サウナがあって快適でした。また泊まりたいと思います。

I bought a stay for my daughter’s birthday and she said that she had a wonderful time. The location was perfect and the staff were wonderful. I emailed the team advising them it was my daughter’s birthday and they went the extra mile, she had a room upgrade and was also greeted with a birthday cake and a box of chocolates. She was so surprised and delighted. She was so impressed we booked a stay too.

Room was lovely except for noise you heard everything from road side … bin men road sweepers music drinkers ie . Spa pool sauna steam room excellent

Room had windows that open on to a brick wall. No view, room dark. Shower worked well and bed was large and comfortable. Bit of a shame the windows let the room down. The air conditioning made a loud noise that made it had to relax. Bit of a disappointment.

They need to get their carpets, sofa and cleaning routine in order. Blood and other stains on the carpets in the corridor and bedroom is not on.

Nice hotel, nice location, room was ok but very bright at 6am in the morning due to no curtains or blinds, only window shutters

Reception team were welcoming, friendly and efficient. Have to say that the room was a disappointment. I paid for a Superior Room (251)! but it felt very tired and dated. There was damp on the external walls and the paint on the window cills were all chipped and blown from the moisture. It didn’t feel Superior at all.

Helpful staff and good restaurent. Exercise room and spa were good but the swimming pool is tiny.

The bed was very uncomfortable. So much noise which is understandable being in the centre of Bristol. Nice and helpful staff just very basic rooms and the bed was just super uncomfortable.

Location was great and the rooms were luxurious.

The hotel is city based, noise expected and received - cold room / tiny dungeon pool which is not even nearly a spa at extra cost was an unpleasant surprise - big queue at check in as everyone scrambles with extra charges and booking pool time - not recommended very disappointed. Booked over our normal cost per night as a treat - Bristol has better - made a mistake !

Very clean room and very friendly and helpful staff

This place is run like a hostel, not a quality hotel. It looks a lot like a hostel too. Staff kinda run around doing nothing and they are often not at the desk. Such as when I checked in. The amenities are less than basic. Pillows are flat and have hard lumps. Lift is slow and small and corridors are also difficult to navigate with luggage. Staff leaves cleaning stuff all over the hallways so you walk out and it looks like you’re in someone’s shop, not a clean and tidy hotel. The cleaned my room but left no toilet paper. Twice! And they took so long to bring toilet paper I had to go downstairs and across the restaurant to the public toilet. They don’t refill mini bar and half the things listed are not there. Restaurant service is also pretty normal.

Hotel was nice, but booked to go to the Spa on the phone several days before arrival. Which was confirmed to me on the phone, then to arrive at the spa and be told they had no booking under our name or room number and they was full. Disappointed

Beautiful Hotel, the bed was 1 of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in! The room was spotless, the staff wete very courteous and very helpful
