ホテルのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、食事も美味しいです。

When everyone says the carpet is old dirty and unspeaking English receptionist, yes that's true. But for my wife and me, it's worth by its price. Other facilities are still good enough and clean. The hotel has very strategic location, between Hakone pass track and Nagoya/Shizuoka. Just taking 12 min to get in Mishima Skywalk bridge and 4 min walking to Seven Eleven. So far, I got very worth it.
