立地最高 が、円安とアメリカのインフレでコスパは悪すぎる。

We booked two rooms in different names. One room has two bottles of water and a pair of slippers, the other didn’t have anything. We called the receptionist and asked about water, then he said that they don’t have any free bottles. It was really weird, and we won’t come back again.

上の階の足音や隣の部屋の話し声など壁が非常に薄い、3泊したのだが朝8時に清掃で起こされ、掃除のスタッフが部屋に入ってくるしまつ。 サンタモニカ駅が真横の為外の音もうるさい ここには2度と泊まらない。

トレダージョーズ、ターゲット、サンタモニカプレイスのすぐ近くで便利です！夜につきましたが、お買い物もその日中にできました。お部屋の広さは十分ですが、大きめのスーツケース２つは広げられず、片面を壁に立てかけて荷物の整理をしました。壁がとても薄く、上の階の足音、隣の部屋のいびきが丸聞こえでしたが立地や綺麗さを考えると我慢できるかも、、？

場所はとても良かったですが、タオルを頼んでも持ってきてくれず何回も言わなければならなかった。 そして、部屋の掃除はしてくれなかったらです。 場所は良かったです。

立地が良い。シャワーの水圧が弱い。

Cleanest place ever! We always use cleaning wipes to clean the room and this time NO DIRT came up! Super clean and friendly staff too! Worth the money spent.

The staff was helpful and accommodating. Loved the proximity of hotel to the pier. However, the outside area is dirty and many homeless hanging around in the area.

The Courtyard by Marriot is very close to Santa Monica pier and 3rd Street promenade.

Paid to receive breakfast, wasn't what was expected

The bed was comfy. Not many food options unless you leave the property. No wifi service for at least the first day. Couldnt even order food if I wanted to because I had zero service. No parking unless you pay the valet 60 bucks to park. Will never stay at this location again.

Around the property it smelled and it was loud homeless right outside sleeping

Sadly there is a lot of homeless people around the hotel.

We were surprised by the $70 parking fee (shouldn’t be have been warned?) but the parking attendants were so nice.

Dont bother with the breakfast, microwave eggs and bacon not worth $13. Parking is $70 additional with nowhere near to park otherwise. Staff was rude. Homeless camp outside our bedroom window. YAY

Solo que no explican cómo se usa el elevador y cómo debes de entrar ni explican nada solo me subieron la información está en la tarjeta pero venía en inglés deberían de dar la información en español la reccionista que me todo me pedía una tarjeta y no me explicaba qué tarjeta era o para que era en México nos sudan esas tarjetas de débito o crédito solo eso que deberían de explicar cómo moverte en el Hotel ya que para todo tienes que poner tu tarjeta para seguridad de uno pero tienen que explicar ya que uno no habla español

Overall the hotel is fine. Looks clean, neat and cozy. What I did not like, it is the old furniture in my room, looks like taken from grandpa and grandma house.

The on-site parking valet service at the Courtyard in Santa Monica was terrific! The room was comfortable (great beds & pillows) and the bathroom was spotless. Very loud “thumping” noises from above us throughout our stay at all sorts of weird times. And the cafe was closed for breakfast on the first morning despite the prepaid charge.

Nice hotel. I did not like the $70 overnight parking. That should be reflected on ratings. Not their fault about homeless near hotel but there was on fellow sleeping in the hallway one morning.
