2泊したが、最初の部屋は窓が無いみたいな部屋であり夜中には隣りのクラブから朝まで重低音音楽が響き眠れなかった 二日目は部屋を変えてもらって改善したが、あのようなひどい部屋わ提供した事実は消えない

Camera sporca, ha solo un piccolo lucernario come finestra, colazione scarsa e di bassa qualità, non so come possa essere considerato un 4 stelle.

ottima la colazione ,nel centro storico e vicina alle fermate bus per aeroporto e varie destinazioni , da migliorare le pulizie delle camere ,purtroppo la finestra non era sull esterno ma all interno della hall ,difficile il cambio aria per questo consiglio camere con finestra sulla via (anche se potrebbe dar fastidio la movida notturna nel complesso un buon hotel già usato in passato

Super gelegenes Hotel, direkt im Zentrum. Da es in der Fußgängerzone liegt, kann das Taxi nicht bis direkt davor fahren. Frühstück war gut, Pizzeria im Haus sehr gut mit typischen italienischen Speisen. Wir hatten das Zimmer Japan, modern eingerichtet aber leider recht klein und vorallem ohne Fenster, schade. Koffer konnten problemlos aufbewahrt werden bei später Abreise. Vorsicht bei den Taxis: trotz Hinweis aufs Taximeter haben wir letztendlich ca 40 Euro statt üblichen 15 Euro für den Transfer Flughafen Hotel gezahlt. Der Taxifahrer hat irgendwie den Betrag hochgesetzt zwischendurch und wollte den Endbetrag noch sehr grosszügig aufrunden. Auf Nachfrage meinte er, es wären Steuern. Für den Rückweg haben wir einen Uber bestellt.

Lovely hotel, staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. I would definitely stay there again. Great location too. Uber drop off is about 5 minutes walk.

The hotel is located right in n the heart of town surrounded by restaurants and pubs, close to everything. No gym or parking. But staff was excellent, nice buffet breakfast and good coffee!

Wonderful and kind staff. Appreciate the wonderful help on walking tours, ease of check In and information on the Parliament tour. The breakfast was always lovely and coffee was great. An overall enjoyable stay.

The staff made our stay very memorable with their kindness and eagerness to suggest dining and give directions. The rooms are themed and immaculate. We had the Nautic room with a large soaking tub. Also, the breakfast is delicious, boasting some of the best homemade cookies I’ve ever had. I will dream about those cookies! The location in Old Town is perfect for just roaming around to see the sights.

Clean rooms. Fantastic breakfast. Trendy decor. Big rooms. Can’t give this place a perfect rating though… no windows to the outside (that was a surprise) and disco music until 5:00 am each night.

Lovely hotel, room and staff in perfect location. Be aware that there are steep steps to get to upper floors and our air con was set to heat when it was actually warm outside.

Meget venligt personale. Super tjek in. Morgenmaden var dog lidt kedeligt men kunne få an. Meget centralt område med kort afstand til centrum

The hotel is in a perfect location right in the middle of the old town. Just walk out the door for lots of bars and restaurants up and down the road. The hotel was lovely and breakfast is included with all rooms. The hotel has its own restaurant on Italy theme open all nights. The staff were excellent. Two points to note (a) the hotel is in a pedestrian only street, so a taxi from the airport has to drop you off around the corner, it is then a few minutes walk to the hotel and (b) rooms do not seem to have showers they are all baths with shower handsets and surround curtains, seniors note!
