2泊したが、最初の部屋は窓が無いみたいな部屋であり夜中には隣りのクラブから朝まで重低音音楽が響き眠れなかった 二日目は部屋を変えてもらって改善したが、あのようなひどい部屋わ提供した事実は消えない

ホテルのレセプションの方々がとても親切丁寧で、異国から来た者にもとても細かく対応してくださいました！

Excellent. Service is also very good.

Once I got to the Mansion it was very unique and clean. But what stood out the most was how friendly and helpful the staff was from the time I got my booking notification. They arranged a nice tour and not expensive, upgraded my room, had answers for me with a smile, offered to help with luggage, and since my flight was at 6 AM offered to pack me a free breakfast. Truly the best and friendliest service team I’ve ever had.

Central location plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Room was big enough would definitely not stay on a Friday or Saturday as even though had a quiter room couldstill hear and feel vibration from the clubs. Breakfast ok enough choice however would recommend staff not allowedto watch tik tok when patrons are waiting for service

Super cute hotel close to everything. Lots of dining options, friendly staff, and the hotel breakfast and restaurant was really nice.

Excellent location, friendly anf helpful staff. Room upgrade on arrival to extremely comfortable, carpeted reception and bedroom with veranda. Breakfast which was included offered buffet hot and cold options with plenty of drinks. Will definitely come back

Hotel was central to shops and restaurants loved my room I'm ready to book with the mansion again highly recommend this hotel

Lovely place! The service was awesome. They helped with airport transfers and a day tour. The room was big! Great breakfast too

Good hotel and helpful staff. Room was comfy but bath hadn’t been cleaned properly. Really good location, but was a bit noisy in the evenings with the nearby bars.

Great overall, however, if you need absolute silence to sleep, ask for a room away from the street or else you will hear everything going on outside until 4am.

Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice. Arranged car service to and from hotel/airport at a very good rate. Room upgrade at a great price. Only thing to be aware of is that old town is loud - so if you are a light sleeper you may want to stay in another part of Bucharest. I had no problem sleeping. No elevators but staff took luggage up to room. I would definitely stay here again. Again - wonderful staff.

Friendly and helpful staff. Fun interior with a lot of personality. Great location but very noisy with next door bars. Slightly dissapointing breakfast - many options, but not great quality.

Great place, only thing I would say is the noise of kitchen staff preparing food in the morning was quite loud and started at 6am…

Lovely staff & we loved the decor of the rooms.

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön. Es ist sauber, Frühstück ist gut und die Lage einfach perfekt. Das einzige was man beachten muss ist, dass es in der Altstadt liegt und da jeden Tag bis früh morgens Party ist. Aber das Hotel ist sehr gut gedämmt und hat eine Klimaanlage. Daher bekommt man bei einem geschlossenen Fenster kaum etwas mit. Also alles Top.

Excellent time, lovely hotel

Personalen var så trevliga. Fick en välkomnsdrink vid incheckning och frukost to-go eftersom vi checkade ut väldigt tidigt. Nattportier följde t.o.m ut för att visa vart vi kunde ta taxi. Rummet var en wow faktor och bra utbud i minibaren. Hotellet låg mitt i gamla stan vilket var centrum för alla restauranger och barer
