大変素晴らしいお宿でした 住宅街にあるお宿で中にはいると別世界のようでした 夜ご飯も朝食もとても美味しかったです

ホスピタリティに溢れた素晴らしい旅籠です。料理も夕食、朝食ともに質・量ともに満足しました。特に60台以上の御夫婦におすすめします。

京都らしい素敵な佇まいでした。

町中にありどこに行くにも大変便利でした。家族のように出迎えてくださり寛ぐことができました。日中神社巡りや観光で歩き回りましたが檜風呂で疲れも取れました。朝食の焼き魚やだし巻き卵、芋茎の煮物のお味は感動ものでした。今度はお夕食付きで是非訪れたいと思います。有難うございました。

お部屋やアメニティはとても良かったです。 スタッフの方もよかったですが、若い方でサービスがそこまで上手くない人もいました。

従業員の方がとても親切で、楽しく快適に過ごせました。 お部屋も旅館も静かで雰囲気かあり、ほかにアメニティやバスローブや干菓子など、どれをとっても満足です。 京都で生まれ育ったので実は宿泊は初めてでしたが、とても楽しい思い出になりました。 次は八坂さんの方にも泊まってみたいと思います。

綺麗でサービスもよくて過ごしやすかったです。 お風呂もヒノキのお風呂もでよかったです。 ご飯が美味しくかったです。 のんびりできてリフレッシュできました。

スタッフの方の対応が丁寧でホテルの中や料理についてわかりやすく説明をしてくださいます。 ホテルの中は清潔感があり、アメニティはロクシタンのシャンプーでしたので大変満足いたしました。 できればもう少し長く居たい…と思えるホテルでした。 機会がありましたらまた利用したいと思います！

おもてなしの最高峰を堪能した２日間。遅くチェックインしてしまい，夕食の時間を過ぎてしまいましたが，先に連絡を入れておいたので温かい料理をお部屋でいただくことができました。大切な時を過ごす場所にしたいです。

お部屋の雰囲気も良く、ラウンジの雰囲気も 良かったです。 スタッフの皆さんも親切丁寧で、こちらのリクエストにも迅速に対応してもらい、とても気持ち良く過ごす事が出来ました。 機会があればまた行きたいと思います。

Great hotel. Really beautiful and peaceful in such a busy city. Room was amazing with a private deep tub (onsen style) Only room for improvement 1) were inflexible in accommodating for vegetarian breakfast 2) curfew of 12am which we did not know about! May not be a problem for most

제가 묵어본 곳 중 가장 친절하고 인상깊은 호텔이었습니다. 작은 중정을 바라볼 수 있고 중정을 볼 수 있도록 구성되어있는 작은 공간도 매우 아름답습니다. 서버분들 또한 매우 친절하시고, 석식은 관계상 먹지 못했지만 조식은 매우 훌륭했습니다. 다음에 또 교토에 방문할 기회가 있다면 반드시 다시오고 싶습니다. The most hotel what I experienced. Hoteliers are very kindly and exeprt at english. Dinners cannot eat, but breakfest is very delicious. If trip to kyoto again, I will book this hotel again. Thank yo for your services.

Beautiful ryokan on a quiet street with excellent and kind staff. Traditional breakfast and kaiseki were delicious. Close to transportation to major sites. Walking distance to Nishiki market. When we return to Kyoto we will stay again. Highly recommend.

Beautiful yutone in the heart of Kyoto. The dinner was the best meal we had in Japan. Loved the cypress bath and gardens at night. Arigatou gozaimasu!!

Upon entering, Izumi was so welcoming and upbeat giving lots of positive energy. The atmosphere was quaint and beautiful. The Kaiseki dinner was delicious and well paced. The breakfast was so delicious that we finished it all in 15 minutes. The room was spacious and clean. The bath was so soothing. We enjoyed our short time here and the wonderful staff.
