日本と車好きなオーナーで楽しく話ができた。床が大理石っぽくて少し寒い。スリッパを持参していたので良かった。 駅からは階段のある橋を2〜3つ渡る必要があり、スーツケースでの移動はなかなか大変。広場の中にあるので、到着が夜遅くても食事には困らない。朝食の種類は少なめだがカプチーノが美味しい。チェックアウト後に手荷物を預かってくれる。

初めてのベネツィアでしたが、ホテルが趣がありとても良い時間を過ごせました。スタッフの方もとても親しみやすく、面白かったです。ベネツィアの主要駅からは少し遠いですが、水上バスに乗って行けばそんなに最寄駅からは遠くないです。とにかく最高だったので、また行きます！

Great hotel! Staff super nice and friendly. Loved the continental breakfast that was included in stay. Fantastic location. Everything you need is in the square outside. Public Water boat (ACTV) was less than 5 minutes walk. Tickets sold at the shop close by to hotel. Supermarket just nearby the gelateria. Walk to train station about 17 minutes. We love hotel for the air conditioning that was also in the lobby. Nice and cool. We will definitely come back and stay here when we come back to Venice.

Highly recommend this timeless abode for any first timers to Venice or world travelers. Thank you to Elias (front desk) & the entire staff for being incredibly helpful & kind! Made us feel welcomed & at home for a few days. Wonderful breakfast & deluxe room was BIG for Italy. Close to water taxi stop & train station. We only stayed for a single night, but we would return in a heartbeat. The hotel was wonderful, clean, and beautifully maintained.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, the staff arw very friendly and do not rush. Breakfast waa included and was delicious and had much variety. Room was bigger than we expected. 4 of us stayed in the room very comfortably. the square just outside the hotel is yhe best square of Venice, with lively restaurants and surroundings.

Amazing location! Restaurants right at the door steps! Walking distance around entire Venice! The breakfast was rather basic but good. The staff was very helpful and kind. The rooms had beautiful high ceilings and royal decorations however one of my rooms had an external bathroom which was quite weird. In my opinion, the bathroom should have been much closer to my room or better yet attached to the room considering a very steep price for the night. Walking through a lobby in my nightgown or bathrobe to get to the bathroom was a little uncomfortable.

Really unique property with beautiful, “Italy feeling” rooms. The steps to walk up into the hotel felt historic and welcoming. Good location (20-24 min walk to the Basilica of St Mark and Doge’s palace (which is a nice walk to see other parts of Venice). Our stay was quick but we enjoyed it. Elias was very kind. Air conditioning was nice. Our room even had a little balcony area. Really pretty and quaint. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The room was clean and served its purpose for our family of five. The manager at the desk when we checked it was very helpful and gave us good recommendations for dinner which was great! We ate at Barcco 22. Location was great and Everything was in walking distance.

The room was extremely small and the double bed was two single beds pushed together. Very clean property with a great staff, but the room was about the size of the closet.

Beautiful spot in a great location. We ate at the many restaurants in the piazza just steps from our door. Rooms were large and well furnished. Staff was super friendly. Highly recommend !
