建物自体がかなり古い印象 水場がカビ臭かった この施設でWi-fiが使えたのは最初の10時間ほどだけでそれ以降は一切使えず機能していない コストパフォーマンスがかなり悪く感じた 空港への無料送迎は付いていたが距離的に5分しないで歩いていける距離 ホテルスタッフは何人かいたが英語が通じるのは1人のみ コミュニケーションが取れないし、ホスピタリティが感じられない ここに泊まるメリットは他と比較すると全く意味を成さない

無料の空港送迎があるということでこちらのホテルを選びました。空港に着いてから電話したのですがドライバーが来るまで５０分かかりました。実際ホテルまで来るまで５分弱なので、遅くなるなら電話した時に伝えていただきたかったです。 また翌朝の空港へのシャトルは時間外（早朝）でしたので料金かかりました。 部屋は清潔で天井のファンが心地よかったです。ただ、ホテルの外は治安が良くないと言われ、外には出られなかったのが残念でした。 フロントのスタッフさんは親切で、こちらからのメールにも即返信してくださいました。

治安悪い場所にあるホテルだが空港無料の迎えあり助かった。空港の係りが人がホテル名前言うと直ぐ解った。翌朝有料でアンチグアのホテルまで送って貰った。はじめて治安悪い場所で安心して旅出来た。

La ducha era excelente

Se trata de un hotel pequeño (aunque no tanto), muy cerca del Aeropuerto La Aurora en Guatemala. Ahí encontrarás lo que necesitas, sin grandes lujos. Excelente WiFi.

In & Out Hotel in Guatemala City offers a convenient and affordable stay, especially due to its proximity to La Aurora airport. The excellent staff ensured a seamless, very late check-in, and the air-conditioned rooms provided a comfortable environment. I particularly appreciated how quickly they scheduled a private transfer to Antigua for the next morning, which went perfectly. The property and room were very clean, and the included breakfast was delicious.

Nice place to stay by the airport, the room are not blackout some light coming at least my room. For the rest 10/10

Just for spending the night to get to the airport is the most conveniente place to stay. Easy to find and friendly.

For the price, the Hotel Seoul is pretty good. It's simple. But the cleanliness cannot be beat. The neighborhood is noisy, both day and night, and it has few restaurants. It is 6 blocks from a confusing Metro station (Morelos) and 7.5 blocks from another more straightforward and centrally connected Metro station (Candelaria).

We stayed here the night before a flight. It was definitely an easy place to stay for an early morning flight. It was clean, had a good shower, and had a nice kitchen. They arranged our shuttle to the airport for 60 quetzales. I'd stay here again coming from or going to the airport for sure.

The property doesn't look as much from outside, but once inside it's nice with a beautiful garden and very near the airport. Staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Rather expensive, not a good value for the money.

I read rhey had free shuttle service to airport and they charged me when i was checking out
