建物自体がかなり古い印象 水場がカビ臭かった この施設でWi-fiが使えたのは最初の10時間ほどだけでそれ以降は一切使えず機能していない コストパフォーマンスがかなり悪く感じた 空港への無料送迎は付いていたが距離的に5分しないで歩いていける距離 ホテルスタッフは何人かいたが英語が通じるのは1人のみ コミュニケーションが取れないし、ホスピタリティが感じられない ここに泊まるメリットは他と比較すると全く意味を成さない

無料の空港送迎があるということでこちらのホテルを選びました。空港に着いてから電話したのですがドライバーが来るまで５０分かかりました。実際ホテルまで来るまで５分弱なので、遅くなるなら電話した時に伝えていただきたかったです。 また翌朝の空港へのシャトルは時間外（早朝）でしたので料金かかりました。 部屋は清潔で天井のファンが心地よかったです。ただ、ホテルの外は治安が良くないと言われ、外には出られなかったのが残念でした。 フロントのスタッフさんは親切で、こちらからのメールにも即返信してくださいました。

治安悪い場所にあるホテルだが空港無料の迎えあり助かった。空港の係りが人がホテル名前言うと直ぐ解った。翌朝有料でアンチグアのホテルまで送って貰った。はじめて治安悪い場所で安心して旅出来た。

Very close to the airport basic hotel. It is ideal just to put your head down for an early flight. Nothing fancy, but clean and functional. Just be warned that there are lots of steps to the rooms and you will have to drag your cases with you

A very nice stopover place close to the airport, about 8 mins walk, may not be safe after dark, but alright in daylight. The shuttle from airport is not free like some airport hotels in most of other countries. But the driver will hold a board with your name waiting for you. Breakfast was cooked beautifully but pancake come with no butter no maple syrup.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the airport.

Good breakfast options included. Interesting hotel. With garden out back to explore. Clean. Simple. Some rooms can be noisier than others.

The In-N-Out hotel of Guatemala City is a fine place to stay. It is clean quiet and has a lovely patio outback. It seems very safe. I have stayed there before and I will stay there again.

Super friendly staff, very accommodating and helpful. Great location, close to the airport, clean and safe.
