建物自体がかなり古い印象 水場がカビ臭かった この施設でWi-fiが使えたのは最初の10時間ほどだけでそれ以降は一切使えず機能していない コストパフォーマンスがかなり悪く感じた 空港への無料送迎は付いていたが距離的に5分しないで歩いていける距離 ホテルスタッフは何人かいたが英語が通じるのは1人のみ コミュニケーションが取れないし、ホスピタリティが感じられない ここに泊まるメリットは他と比較すると全く意味を成さない

無料の空港送迎があるということでこちらのホテルを選びました。空港に着いてから電話したのですがドライバーが来るまで５０分かかりました。実際ホテルまで来るまで５分弱なので、遅くなるなら電話した時に伝えていただきたかったです。 また翌朝の空港へのシャトルは時間外（早朝）でしたので料金かかりました。 部屋は清潔で天井のファンが心地よかったです。ただ、ホテルの外は治安が良くないと言われ、外には出られなかったのが残念でした。 フロントのスタッフさんは親切で、こちらからのメールにも即返信してくださいました。

治安悪い場所にあるホテルだが空港無料の迎えあり助かった。空港の係りが人がホテル名前言うと直ぐ解った。翌朝有料でアンチグアのホテルまで送って貰った。はじめて治安悪い場所で安心して旅出来た。

The In-N-Out hotel of Guatemala City is a fine place to stay. It is clean quiet and has a lovely patio outback. It seems very safe. I have stayed there before and I will stay there again.

Great place for me to spend the night waiting for my son to arrive. I took an uber but literally it’s a 5 minute walk to the hotel. I walked over to meet my son. The place is clean and the staff is super friendly. The breakfast in the morning is excellent. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Could use some fresh pain in the bathroom if I really had any complaint.

Próximo do aeroporto, duas quadras. Excelente atenção, super limpo, pessoas atenciosas. Recomendo.

Great little place for a quick stop after a late arrival. Very close the the airport. They picked us up and that went very easy. Great breakfast in the morning.

Very convenient location from airport. Well secured. Walkable to some of the museums (~20 mins). Large, comfortable room with good beds. Only downsides: my room was next to the lobby so a bit noisy, and no hot water when I stayed there. I left too early to take advantage of breakfast. If you just need a place to sleep before or after the airport (or don’t mind taking Ubers to sightsee/go to restaurants) it’s a great option.

Staff were very friendly and happy to help, which after a stressful trip was wonderful.

The young lady that took care of us was so nice and polite. The rooms are a bit small but super clean and everything looks remodeled and brand new . The air conditioning is a plus… the room Also included free breakfast. I needed transportation going back to the airport and paid Q60 wich was super convenient. I would definitely stay here again when I travel back to Guatemala!!
