Centrally located. Stayed in a family suites. Roomy and well equipped, though a bit worn out. Courteous service.

Staf sangat ramah, sangat membantu. Khususnya staf laki-laki yang selalu bantu carikan untuk kurang recommended.

I like the rooftop bar so much. The staffs are very friendly as well. The room is clean and tidy.

Surprised to see big and comfortable room (we ordered studio family room) and big size bathroom too. Room is clean with central ac that do work in cooling down the room due to hot weather outside. Located close to the market with so many restaurants. Breakfast is also great with old style cambodian's noodl

I saw one long hair on my drap, under the blanket. Except that, everything is excellent. My husband likes this hotel. We will come back this summer holiday with the whole family.

Throughout our stay here for 3 days, we have requested to change room 2 times because of poor air ventilation and the air condition is not working at all. You will felt like staying in a sauna room especially at night. I complaint to them, they sent technician to check but it is still the same with 2 of different rooms given. Guess what the hotel lobby and the hallway to the room is even very hot and I think they want to save budget so they control the electricity consumption. I don't really recommend this hotel it is quite far to Sisowath quay or night life. The room is just so so for triple bed as it is quite small size.

(+) No bad for a value of money. Helpful & friendly stuff, 24 hours check-in, strong wifi, good breakfast, small but clean rooms, nice bed. (Also upstairs located a swimming pool with a bar which I didn’t visit while staying) (-) My window looked for a wall one meter ahead), room furnished a bit old & location is easy to get but not to walk. Thank you! You made my staying exactly for a value of money I paid.

It's all great there, only one unlucky thing for my trip was that i could not swim, because it's been under maintenance from 3rd to 9th, June.

It's our first time in Phnom Penh so upon arrival we asked the hotel reception to help us book a taxi to our meeting destination. We gave them the address of the meeting place and said that the place is quite far about half an hour and would cost about 600 Baht (19 USD). They called the car for us which they have in contact with and then we found out that the place is quite near (not even 10 minutes, just around the block), which technically be just 1 USD if booked through the application online (which we downloaded after that experience). We stayed in Phnom Penh for a few more days and never booked our transportation from the reception again. It's the responsibility of the hotel to protect its customers from being ripped off by unscrupulous drivers and yet its own staff has fed us to the same kind of drivers. We also lost one external hard disk (which are left in the room to be given away to our clients). The place location is great but I can't possible give this hotel a great ex[experience.

Kita menginap 1 malam dan tamu hotel di sebelah kamar kami adalah orang tua, sangat sensitif, dia menendang pintu kamar kami dengan sangat keras karena kami tertawa. Bukan hanya itu, ketika teman kami keluar dari kamar, dia memaki teman kami. Suasana jelas berubah, kami memutuskan untuk kembali tidur saja lalu ketika mandi, shower di kamar kami itu rusak dan jatuh ke lantai dan mereka menjerit dengan sangat keras sekali. Itu membuat kami sangat tidak nyaman berada di hotel seperti itu.

It's kind of .. the air con is not cold also we can’t enjoy our night because of the guest beside our room is not good, he keep telling us to keep quiet and say bad things. And the second last time he told us is because of the shower at our room broken and fallen.

Waiting time for lift is too long. Room insulation for sound is not good. Staffs are good and friendly.
