From the minute I checked in the woman who owns this dirty old worn out hostel was sitting with a very vicious loud barking dog I never had a dog growl at me like this before , he would run around and bark and growl at everyone. She was rude to me all along she would refuse to clean the rooms properly nor hire a cleaner because she is to cheap, there ants and spiderwebs by the beds it’s disgusting! she would come in the room and turn off the light and throw a comment you don’t need the light in the day time while I’m organising my stuff, the kitchen is so dirty and old a layer of old oil has beeen all over the kitchenware and the stove looked like something from a witchcraft horror movie and the painting in the reception zombies and Halloween theme for. The early 80s the lockers in the dorms are not safe because the locker next to the locked one can easily be removed and they can get access to all ure belongings, my card was also stolen from my bed wen she let in 3 strange peeps that left just as quickly and I. The same time my card was gone so I had to pay them 50 realis got a cheap plastic card they would look at me rude and b nice to everyone else. They throw me out without giving me my money back !

Achei horrível, suja, internet q não funcionava, falta de água p tomar banho e escovar os dentes e um lugar de risco infelizmente não sabia e ja entrei em contato p ser ressarcida pelo prejuízo e por risco de assalto sai antes da data emprevista e jamais recomendaria p ninguém

Gleich Vorweg: Wer eine günstige Unterkunft nahe der Copacabana sucht, in der er nur schlafen möchte ist dieses Hostel ok. Jedoch sollte man hierfür was Hygiene und Sauberkeit betrifft keine großen Ansprüche stellen. Vom Kochen würde ich möglichst abraten, da die Küche einfach nur ekelig und unsauber ist. Zudem gibt es auch einige Kakerlaken. Positiv zu bewerten ist die Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Die Bettwäsche hatte leider ein paar flecken. Alles in allem ist die Unterkunft ihren Preis nicht wert gewesen.

El sitio es horrible, las camas camarotes parecen de centro penitenciario, apesta a humedad la habitación, no te dan toallas ni jabón ni nada y las fotos no se parecen en nada al sitio realmente hay muchísimos mejores sitios de $30.00 dólares la noche que costo lo único rescatabie es que está relativamente cerca a la playa de Copacabana

The hostel was okay. Locations was good. It did not feel very clean. It was dirty. Thankfully had an air condition but it’s only setting was freezing. Which I guess is good if your in humid Brazil. Sheets they provided were pretty gross. It was a fitted sheet and thin sheet. No blanket. But the people were very nice.

Para quem não liga para conforto e pretende economizar com estadia, é um bom lugar. Próximo à praia e restaurantes, apesar de ficar localizado em uma comunidade. O que mais incomodou foi a limpeza, pois, logo ao chegar, verificamos que a geladeira que era compartilhada cheirava podre. O café da manhã é bastante simples. Ponto positivo para os funcionários, que no geral, são esforçados e simpáticos.
