部屋の設備、スタッフのサービス、食事など、全体的に素晴らしい体験でした。素晴らしい時間を過ごせました。ぜひ他の人にもお勧めしたいと思います。

This hotel is too expensive and no Wifi in all rooms. So disappointed.

All I thought I can be amazed your room because it one of the best hotels in Zamboanga as I heard but I am bit disappointed because of even a bottle of water, disposable toothbrush & toothpaste are not free in the room, no wifi inside room compared to other hotels.

I grew in the city with the impression that Garden Orchid Hotel is the best hotel and most prestigious hotel in the city. But I am quite disappointed with my experience here. The towels are old, the telephone is broken. There is hot shower but very difficult to control. There's no air-conditioning in the lobby, and no WiFi in the rooms. The pillows are not comfortable. The mini-bar is not replenished. The breakfast buffet is good though.

We enjoy staying on garden orchid, hopefully our next visit, the wifi will work on the new building, as everybody need access on internet but so far this hotel are very good.
